Stay: November 15â18 | Traveled with a toddler & teen
I stayed at Harbor Hotel & Casino for a long weekend vacation with my toddler and teen, and we had a great experience overall.
Check-in:
Check-in was smooth and friendly. The staff immediately noticed I was visiting from the U.S. and kindly offered me a travel wall adapter, which was a thoughtful touch. We also received a free drink voucher for their on-site restaurant, which was a nice welcome.
Room:
We had one room with a king bed and an enclosed balcony with a harbor view. The interior design was beautiful â I loved the wallpaper, room layout, and bathroom aesthetic. Cleanliness was okay; housekeeping stopped by once a day to restock the bathroom and refresh the bed. My only complaints were the solar panels partially blocking the view and the shower design â the half door led to water spilling out, so I found myself wiping the floor each time.
Amenities & Dining:
We didnât use the casino, but we did dine at the hotel restaurant twice. Customer service was slow both times â the staff seemed a bit understaffed. Dinner was satisfactory, but breakfast was rough. My daughterâs pumpkin pancakes arrived raw in the middle, and initially we were told thatâs âexpectedâ for that dish. They did remake them thinner, but it took a while.
Location:
The location was perfect for exploring Curaçao. We were walking distance from the beach, right across from the harbor, and close to shopping centers and plenty of restaurants. A quick
