While we had a lovely stay overall there were a few learning curves and challenges that would have been good to know prior to arrival. Pros: beautiful property, well appointed bungalow with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Great view of ocean/bay sunsets. Nice big balcony/patio to lounge on. Pool area was clean and lots of chairs available. Nice little beach and beach bar/pub within walking distance. Small washer and dryer in the bungalow which was very helpful. Cons: Communication- we rarely seen the administrative staff. The reception was locked and unattended until the last day when I went to check out. This meant that we didnā€™t have access to beach towels. Additionally the check in details were unknowingly sent via WhatsApp (while all other details were sent via email). I do not have WhatsApp and it was very challenging to get the info when we arrived, as there was no one in the reception area and it was locked. Amenities: no facecloths or hand towels were provided during our stay. 1 bath towel each. There was a 4 burner cooktop but no stove or BBQ for meal preparation. No access to beach towels unless you could find someone in the reception office. Electrical outlets: beware, the entire island is 220V. You will likely need a converter BUT hair dryers/electric razors etc will not work. We brought a converter and were able to charge phones, devices, however my Dyson hair tools were useless. Itā€™s not something they can charge, but is essential to know.

Didnā€™t like that we had ants and there were no cleaning supplies for your leisure. Love the location. Once on property donā€™t need a car but will need it to get to the beaches. Very quiet and cozy. We used the 2nd bd room to store our luggage, glad that we had that or else we wouldnā€™t have had any place for them. The island is expensive especially around the tourist spots

While the view was beautiful and so was the property it looked out at a new building with broken windows and graffiti all over it. Itā€™s outside of the property but still an eye sore

I did like this property a lot. It was clean easy to access. There were some dining options within walking distance (the shrimp basket at De Visserij is a must, trust me). There is a nice, clean pool on the property. Concierge will give you beach towels if you ask. Great views from the property. The reason this place is not getting a perfect score is because of the toilet seats, they were clean, but stained from harsh cleaners. Additionally, its not a hotel, so there is no reception area, but they do have a property management concierge onsite, although it was unstaffed at times (they might have just been around the property taking care of stuff). Lastly, there are some unfinished or abandoned properties across the street that has graffiti on the buildings, but you stop noticing that by the second day, and the area is very quiet and safe, even at night. To summarize: The property is great! The folks around the property was friendly and chatty. I liked the location, it was an 8 minute drive to Williamstad's nightlife. I would highly recommend Piscadera Harbour Village.

Its a condo, cute condo but not in great shape. Window held closed with rope, washing machine broken and slimy, iron didn't work, bedroom lamp flickered. Staff were very friendly. Condo is a nice size but I wouldn't have felt safe if I was staying there alone. Cute bars and restaurants on the beach 1 minute walk.

Booked a 2br 2ba condo here for my bestie and I on spring break. The staff was so welcoming and accommodating! Loved our whole experience with them and at the property. We had an amazing view from our balcony in the C building and could see the ocean and the bay. The pool area is super nice too! And Piscadera Beach is a wonderful place to hang out. Our favorite restaurant was Que Tapa, which was a short walk away. The location is also central to everything you need!

Overall excellent stay,we had to ask for towels and hair dryer. They came and cleaned 3 x in a week .has kitchen but would be difficult to cook for daily use. Spacious 2 bedroom appartment. 2 min walking from beach and 3 of good restaurants.

Overall the stay was acceptable at best and this thankfully for the super team on site. Kind friendly and attentive. Itā€™s unfortunate to say the that the rest was subpar. To have such a promising property be left to age so poorly with bad upkeep is a shame. Furniture both at the pool and within the condo were unacceptably dirty and old/ripped . Etc And to say that this individually owned properties should have thoughtful owners to make sure renters feel like at home seems to have been forgotten. No tissues(Kleenex) no soap dispensers or holders in showers. Old uncomfortable worn out mattress. I can certainly guarantee we wonā€™t be return renters and very unlikely others would be as well. Expedia is just as guilty for marketing such a property through its platform. Pictures are deceiving and are clearly from when property was built years ago . Again thank goodness for the kind and welcoming staff on site .
