Imagine yourself in this air conditioned, spacious, custom 3 bedroom plus den, 2 1/2 bath luxury home in the woods. We accommodate groups as large as 8 for family get togethers, but small enough for a dream romantic getaway. The Knotty Pine is the best place to enjoy everything Northern Arizona has to offer!

At the Knotty Pine, we believe in sustainability and minimizing our impact in the world. The home is very energy efficient, using all LED lighting throughout the house, being fully insulated, having ceiling fans in every room, using the most energy efficient windows and doors available, and using a smart thermostat to decrease energy usage. We want to be a good steward of our beautiful environment in Williams!

The Knotty Pine features 3 bedrooms, including an adjustable California king primary suite, a queen guest bedroom, full size bunk beds with an additional twin trundle in the 3rd bedroom and a twin-sized sleeper sofa in the den (and great kid hangout). Our home is beautifully decorated in a modern farmhouse style, keeping our guest's relaxation and comfort in mind. The Knotty Pine is fully equipped with quartz countertops, farmhouse sink, top of the line stainless steel appliances, newly carpeted bedrooms with hardwood floors running throughout the rest of the home.

For those who prefer peace and quiet, imagine yourself snuggling up next to the fireplace and picture window with the beautiful juniper and pine forest in your backyard. The primary suite window presents a beautiful, picturesque view of Bill Williams Mountain and the national forest. Many times, you can encounter herds of deer running through our backyard during one of Arizona's famous sunsets.

Downtown Williams is less than 2 miles away and offers a variety of restaurant experiences such as wine and beer tasting rooms, original Route 66 bars, and a multitude of other eateries suitable for every palate. We are located less than 5 minutes from Cataract Lake, Elephant Rocks golf course, downtown Williams, the Canyon Coaster, Bearizona, and The Grand Canyon Railway (Polar Express). Other attractions close by include The Grand Canyon National Park, the Deer Farm, Snowbowl, and Flagstaff. Within walking distance, you can find fishing, golfing, family park, and numerous hiking trails. Only Minutes away is Elephant Rocks 18-hole golf course, one of Arizona's best kept secrets for golfers.

We loved staying at Deron’s home. It’s very clean and comfortable. We felt it was stocked with everything we needed for cooking and to make our stay convenient. We had deer in the back yard every day, my kids loved watching all the wildlife from the large windows. I loved relaxing by the fire, looking at the pine trees sitting on the oversized comfy couches. We so enjoyed our time at the Knotty Pine home. It is very ready for anyone to stay there. Kitchen is set up for any cooking along with BBQ on Patio. Super clean and well taken care of. Deron responded very quickly to any questions. You will enjoy the patio with the firepit and BBQ. If you like to golf it is a couple minutes from Elephant Rock Golf Course. Family vacation

This VRBO was beautiful. It was clean, spacious and had all the amenities needed. It had an open family room and kitchen, great for all of us to gather with plenty of seating. The bathrooms were clean and spacious. The place decor was so nicely done it felt like home. It has a nice patio in the back to enjoy your morning coffee. The golf course and town was near by. We highly recommend this VRBO and would definitely stay their again.

Perfect 80th Birthday Weekend!

This property met all our expectations and then some! Beautiful, clean home in a quiet neighborhood close to GC Train Depot. Took my Mom to the Grand Canyon via the train from Williams to celebrate her 80th birthday. Ate at The Pine Country Restaurant and Anna’s Cafe. Both restaurants were excellent! Would definitely recommend this property, Williams and Grand Canyon Railway!

This home was great for our visit to the Grand Canyon. The neighborhood is peaceful and safe. The kids had a blast playing and exploring in the back yard. We would definitely stay here again if we return to the area!

We were surprised to not have air conditioning but this may be normal for the area. Was pretty cool with windows left open at night. Kids picked place by pictures (especially the hammock), however those were personal and not at property. House met all our needs. Was clean and got quick reponses to messages.

Loved The Knotty Pine!

We had a wonderful two week stay in this beautiful home. At different times we had family and friends come to visit. We played golf, went to the Grand Canyon, went on the Coaster, but mostly just relaxed and read on the back patio. In the evening you can see deer come through the yard which was fun for everyone to see. The house was immaculate, well stocked and very comfortable. Deron was an amazing host and always quick to answer any questions we had. We highly recommend The Knotty Pine for your visit to Williams.
