Spacious Williams Retreat near Grand Canyon is a 3-bedroom vacation rental in Williams, Arizona designed for families, groups, and road trippers who want extra room and a comfortable place to stay while exploring Northern Arizona.

This Williams AZ vacation rental sleeps up to 8 guests with 3 queen bedrooms and an inflatable mattress set up in the living room when needed. The home includes a large living room with 65-inch TV, dedicated desk workspace, refreshed kitchen with dishwasher and built-in microwave, in-unit washer and dryer, and two full bathrooms upstairs plus a half bath downstairs.

Guests also enjoy a private fully fenced yard with gas BBQ grill, making the space a good fit for families and guests traveling with dogs. The home is dog friendly for up to 2 dogs with a paid pet fee.

Located near downtown Williams, Route 66, the Grand Canyon Railway, Bearizona, and Grand Canyon National Park, this townhome offers easy access to some of Northern Arizona’s most popular destinations. Shared EV charging is available through an RV-style outlet on a first-come basis, and guests should bring their own compatible charging cord or adapter.

This home is professionally managed by The Short Term Rental Life, also known as STR Life, a hospitality company with more than 15 years of experience and over 20,000 reservations served.

Upon booking, expect a message with a link to our rental agreement.

Our cancellation policy states that a 100% refund will be given up to 30 days before arrival, and 50% refund up to 14 days before arrival. Please note that 4% of any cancellation will be withheld to cover credit card processing fees.

Up to two dogs are allowed in the home.

Worked out great for our family to do thr Polar Express. House is so close and convenient. House was very clean and nicely equipped with everything you'll need. We had a couple questions and host/team responded almist immediately. Would stay here again!

Cozy Condo!

We stayed here to board the train to the Grand Canyon. After an exciting day, we were able to make a quick warm meal and enjoy a family movie night in the comforts of this condo. We stayed an extra day, and enjoyed all the little shops of downtown Williams. Condo is close to town, grocery stores, and attractions. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Overall this rental is exactly as identified on the listing, however, the yard is not an inviting area with no proper seating. We did not hear any noises from the attached condos.

Good Location

Unit was centrally located for our needs. We felt that the entire place could use some freshening up or at least a thorough cleaning. We contacted them and they offered to send cleaners over for bathroom but we cleaned ourselves as they gave us code for cleaning closet. The back yard furniture needs to be updated as chairs were ripped. Could be really cue with a little tlc. Overall, it worked for our needs.

Great property, good location.

Very comfortable well stocked with everything you need to make your stay very pleasant. All the kitchen equipment was in excellent condition and very good condition. Bedside lamps and a table lamp in the lounge would have been handy. Dan had provided night lights in the bathrooms and the landing upstairs which we were very thoughtful and much appreciated. Excellent TV good channel choice. As a suggestion it would be a good idea to improve the outside rear garden and garden furniture, other everything else was excellent. We had a great stay thanks you Dan.

Perfect for Grand Canyon Trip

We really enjoyed the condo. It was clean, beds were very comfortable, well stocked kitchen and perfect location to the Grand Canyon. Williams is a cute little town and this location was within walking distance. We highly recommend and will be back.
