Disappointing Best Western

It was ok. The bed & shower were fine. The tub was a bit gross, it could use a good scrubbing and the drain was very slow. The lobby was hot! The room ac smelled like mold, smoke and I don’t what else. And the carpeting could use updating. Prob won’t stay there again.

We usually stay in the hotel when we visit Williamsburg. It is centrally located and convenient to everything. The room was comfortable and clean. The pool is very nice, but it was not well lit.

We had barely gotten into our room when we were greeted by two huge cockroaches in the bathroom. I went to tell the front desk when another huge cockroach scurried up the wall next to the door. They tried to move us to a new room but there were bad smells on that side of the hotel. And at some point my son got bit my something. So we checked out. The hotel needs condemned. DO NOT STAY HERE!
