Let alone the room condition, I didn't feel check in welcomed. One lady looked emotionally a bit not ok with me, based on the way she spoke (like a bit yelling ??) and responded (like teaching...). why? I have no idea. The toilet was not clean with small pieces of black things on the surface of the bowl, so my wife cleaned it. TV wasn't ready, so the lady came and fixed it; That is ok. The shower curtain rod is a lit loose which made the shower curtain not properly in the right position; so, the water from the shower head was going everywhere during the shower. Water from the water tab doesn't run good enough; may be something clogged and need plumbing maintenance ?? There was no a coffee maker in the room, differently from what is described in the email from Travelocity. The room seems need lots of TLC, and frankly I worried if they charge extra for something in the room already not working properly, because they keep my bank card info for any damage. We just slept early and left the hotel early after breakfast. The experience wasn't like what I expected from the Travelocity website, to be honest. I hope they become more friendly and warm welcome guests in the future and make room ready as completely as possible.

Smelled like smoke and pot. Bathroom was very diry. Things were broken. Security was lacking, we walked in the back door and up the back stairs to our room at 11:00 at night with no room key or code needed.

the customer service was not very pleasant. i encountered some rather rude individuals and it wasn't just one person because i stayed 6 days total and it was pretty much everyday i was treated as if i was not wanted or bothering someone if i had a question. which was rare because i try to stay to myself and avoided having to ask anything because of the rude responses i was given. my first night, tv did not work and i did not have a ice bucket which is important here because they do not have a refridgerator in the rooms which i didn't know prior to booking. but the ice machine came in handy after i got cups from 711 next door to hold the ice. the next issue when changing rooms is tv did not work and bathtub faucet ran heavily and constantly and no shampoo conditioner or soaps were in the bathroom. and cigarette burn holes were in the plastic around the cups for coffee in the non smoking room which i found strange. when i went to the pool with the kids the hot tub looked so dirty like yellow dirty. it did not seem clean at all. over all the stay was not great. not horrible but not great by no means. hope this helps someone.

The hotel was dirty, no outlets that worked, the AC felt broken as it was super hot in the room however the AC was on. The couch in the room looked broken and the bathroom was gross.

Half of the staff was not customer friendly, they had an attitude and no hospitality skills. The cleaning staff was friendly and do the best they can to clean, however the condition of the property is old and it has bot been updated. There was strong smells in the rooms. Our stay was 2 rooms/ 3 nights had to switch rooms once with one room having a horrible smell of cigarette smoke (non-smoking room) and in the second room the power went out in most of the room - staff tried to offer to change but it was inconvenient at that time - they still did not send anyone to check if it could be a simple breaker issue. Will not be returning unless they remodel the property.

Check in not friendly. Two cars in the parking lot at 3pm and i was told they were busy and my room may not be ready. Had to fill out check in paperwork even though i had already done it online. Got a text message after checking in to welcome us and see if we needed anything. I asked for 2 extra pillows that were not delivered. Room was dirty. Floors not cleaned properly. My wife showred with pool shoes on because of the tub area. TV never worked properly. Room was very brab. Nothing on the walls except for a mirror. Continental breakfast was just ok. Pool looked green and nasty. Got a text request to fill out checking out info. I thought that was funny. Turned in my room key and got out !!! We stayed there several years ago and it was alot better. It's a shame that Wyndham associates with them. I'm a Wyndam owner but will not be back there. You can do better !

Shante was nice, we had a big group and we wanted to have dinner together so she offered for us to use the dining area even if it was closed. Breakfast could be better, no fresh hot, protein choices. Hallway smelled like smoke.

The lobby and kitchen area was pretty clean, but there was hair in the bathtub and bathroom floor. Our tub didn’t drain well. There was a dirty sock left from a previous occupant. The linens were clean, though. Overall, it was ok for the money spent because it wasn’t very expensive at all.

Our room was very dirty, with cigarette butts and ashes in the room, despite being a non-smoking room. There were also burn marks on the toilet seat. The staff was not friendly or helpful.

The room was a nice size and clean, but I couldn’t turn the water on in the shower and the pressure in the sink was very low. After I booked the room, I received an email informing me that there were no refrigerators or microwaves in the room. The bed was comfortable, and the pillows were good. I was unable to use the coffee machine. The tray didn’t fit. Finally, the breakfast was dismal. There was only one kind of juice, a couple of old apples, and the pastry was old!! It was convenient, cheap, and I felt safe. Those elements are important to me.

The room was clean, but lacked blankets, a trash can, and the roll away bed was urine stained. The staff at the front desk was not friendly or helpful. The “hot” tub was lukewarm and in poor condition; the pool was nice but definitely very cold. Breakfast was not available in the morning when we left at the stated time. We have stayed here several times before but this was the most unpleasant stay. I’m not sure we’ll return based on this trip.

It was nice and clean. The room behind us was blasting music at 12am i had to go down to the front desk to ask them to tell them. Other than that it was good. The lady who serves breakfast doesnt really care much about restocking anything either.
