My wife and I loved this location. We had a nice end unit with extra windows that gave the place a super cozy feel. Wished we could of stayed all weekend but condo was booked. You cant go wrong if you like quiet and cozy.

A couple of things

The condo was super clean. Thank you. However, the sofa is very uncomfortable. There are no ice trays. Also I have stayed in other condos in that complex. I have never been asked to strip the bed, or take out the trash.

Lovely setting....quiet and picturesque. Condo was small but comfortable, well appointed and immaculate. Concierge was available to answer a couple questions we had. We recommend this place. The weather was rainy the whole time we were on vacation so we didnt use the beach, but it looked nice.

Our time in TC

Our condo had a view of the East Bay and the property extended to the bay, allowing for a lovely, although cold and windy as it is February in northern Michigan, walk along the beach and through a nice wooded area. The condo was conveniently located just 10 to 20 minutes from shopping, movie theater, and family in Traverse City. It was a relaxing, quiet weekend with just the right amount of activity to celebrate our 33rd anniversary.

Everything we could have wanted was provided. Condo was exactly as pictured and perfect for a stay for two. Great location. Management was incredibly responsive and check in and out process was very easy. We absolutely hope to return someday!

Life’s a beach

Overall the place was fine albeit a bit scant with kitchen ware. I guess they don’t anticipate much food prep done. We chose the property almost exclusively based on the amenities. We arrived at the start of the third week in September, weather still good, but all the amenities we closed. No mention in any of the many, many reminder emails regarding our reservation. We would have booked elsewhere had we known.

Very Nice Unit

The unit itself was beautiful and well supplied. It has a veiw of the water and is on the end of the building which helps. The only downside of the unit is that being a second floor unit, there are units above and below and at the mercy of loud neighbors and or smokers using the adjacent decks or patios.

Beautifully decorated and well maintained condo

My teenage daughter and I stayed here as she was attending the horseshow nearby. The condo was beautifully decorated and very well maintained and the view from the living room and bedroom captured the water. The only drawback was this unit does not have a washer and dryer. But I have to commend the management company because they found a creative and thoughtful solution for me. I would definitely recommend this condo however if you plan to stay for a longer period of time be prepared to find a laundry solution outside this unit.

Great stay but maybe a little better follow up

Beautiful condo and area. Have stayed many times in the area and always love it. The rules and outdoor pool have changed unfortunately. If you are not in the resort rental program or an owner in the program, you do not have access to the pool anymore…so if you have kids or grandkids who want to use the pool you cannot use. You can use the beach. We could not get the stovetop to work and we sent a request for help with no response. Other than that we enjoyed very much.

A great place to stay

This was the second time we stayed here and it was every bit as nice as the first time. We especially appreciated the kitchen amenities (full-size fridge, induction cooktop, convection/microwave) - features often missing from short-term rental properties. It was very quiet here (February is a slow time) but that was just fine. We came to do some XC skiing, there are lots of places nearby to do it. We will definitely come back here.
