The unit we were placed in was very run down. In my bathroom the toilet paper holder kept falling off the toilet paper was literally thrown on the floor. The heat made a horrible noise and smell matinence looked at it and did nothing 😒 the microwave was used once and creamated our tv dinner. Worst was stuff went misding from out room and other items were moved like the maid was in our condo when we were away.

Need water please

The master bed was very uncomfortable and hard like cardboard. The jacuzzi ran out of hot water by the time it was as a quarter of a ways filled, so I had to try to boil water to put in the tub so it would be somewhat hot enough.

Excellent except for housekeepers

Really nice resort rooms were beautiful and clean Really enjoyed the stay only had one issue check out was 10 and at exactly 910 in the morning a maid barged in our condo and demanded we leave. Not at all pleased especially considering we are platinum members and are supposed to have late checkout

Parking pass

I always enjoy but this time I had to come back to get a parking pass the only I had was only gud for one day smh I was only staying two.i thought dat was an inconvenience
