Ezekiel's Getaway side 2 near Ark Encounter with Game room

Enjoy your stay at this beautiful newly renovated duplex. It has 2 bedrooms 1.5 baths and a basement which includes a foosball, bumper pool, boccar ball table and board games for the kids. Very warm, welcoming, and spiritually uplifting home. Location is just 1.6 miles away from the ark encounter. Restaurants, shopping, and groceries just a few miles away as well.
Just a note : All Bedrooms are located upstairs along with the full bathroom with shower. The stairs leading to upper level are steep and may be difficult for people who have mobility issues.

Good overall.

The check in and communication was great. And the location worked out really well. The place was over fairly clean, but there is some deep cleaning that needs to be done. Like the top of the fridge was dirty and inside the freezer wasn't fully clean, also the cold air ducts have so much dust on them, there where dead last bugs along the base board of the one bedroom, and when I went to open the shades there where dead bugs in the windows and the sliding glass door glass needs cleaned. I was also a little disappointed in the game room. There where bored games that had broken pieces, the fooseball table needs repairs, the bumper pool needs a new pool stick, the other boccerball game also needs repairs.

Wonderful stay at Ezekiel's Getaway!

Very clean and comfortable stay. It was a home away from home. The owners were very responsive when our family set up our stay, answering our emails in less than one hour. The home is close to the Ark Encounter, as well as restaurants and a Walmart. I would highly recommend this exceptional place property.

Lovely

We appreciated how it was decorated with a Biblical motiff. We found it comforting. It looked like it was shown in the pictures online and fit our expectations. It is minutes from the ark and the cute little town. It was perfect for our needs. If you have kids, the game room in the basement is great!

Perfect Family Vacation

Everything was lovely and clean. The house was well supplied and spacious and comfortable. Our family had such a wonderful time away. The games room was an especially enjoyed part of our trip. We will definitely be back again!

Nice Home

We loved the home. It had everything in the kitchen that we needed. We had a good time in the game room playing the games. The location was nice, it was close to the Ark. We had the right amount of space. They provided Netflix, so it was nice being able to watch a couple of movies with the family.The only things that I did not like was the highway traffic at night and the pillows. I normally bring my own pillow because I'm picky, but I had forgotten it. I have a hard time getting to sleep when there is noise, so it may not bother everyone. My children didn't have any issues falling asleep. Would reccommend.

Fit the Need

Great location 4 min from the Ark Encounter, our main attraction. Loved the Christian touches. Just the right amount of space and what we needed for a short stay with our 2 teens. As other reviewer wrote, one bathroom tight fit if ur over 5'2" & use the toilet. Not much they can do to remedy that.

Love it

I rented it for six nights for myself and my sponsor child that is here from Kenya going to school at Oneida Baptist institution. We had different family members came on different days. My niece and three great nephews spend a couple of days with us there we visited the ark and did some other fun activities around the area. My daughter came for a couple of nights and my granddaughter who is in college at Northern University came over and spent Christmas Eve and we celebrated her birthday. We did meet the owner. There was a little problem with the door code but when I called verbo they contacted the owners and they were there to take care of it within a few minutes very nice young couple. We loved the apartment, quiet community, we love the game room and the memory wall we just loved it all we definitely highly recommend it and if I have need to go back to that town they will be the first eye contact for lodging

Comfortable and Easy

When traveling I want things to be comfortable and easy. This place offered BOTH! Past reviewers mentioned things like small bathroom, not enough seating, out of date toy/gate area. But for us, it was perfect! Yes, the bathroom was small. Yes, there was limited seating but to be fair we did not spend a ton of time this location. We booked this property so that we can go out and explore the area. The kitchen was well stocked in order for me to make dinner on the night of our arrival. There were plenty of options nearby, where we could eat out for the other nights. when we would never sit in a living room/dining room for the majority of our stay, we’re out doing things and seeing the local events and attractions. During our stay we were able to partake the historical landmarks, a local festival, and visit a winery. That was on top of the main reason we location was its proximity to the ARK. this property offered a lot more flexibility than a generic hotel room. Which by the way, doesn’t have a ton of seating either or Two bathrooms. This was the best decision we made regarding this trip. If you were on the fence based on reviews, please just go ahead and book it, it’s well worth it. Communication with the property owner was excellent. The property has everything you and your traveling group need to accommodate a clean place to sleep shower and gather for your next days adventures.

Great stay!

My family and I came to see the Ark Encounter for the first time. This duplex was the perfect place to stay for our time in Williamstown! Clean and comfortable. Efficient and complimentary toiletries and kitchen supplies. Streaming tv services. GREAT location to the Ark, it's literally right down the road and around the corner. Cute little ice cream shops and restaurants close by. Family game room in lower level was entertaining. The only thing that was not great was the steep staircase to the upper level. I feel like it needs to be detailed on the description of this property of how steep the stairs really are. Would not recommend this place for anyone with smaller children or any adults with knee/back problems. Overall, it was a great experience and I would probably book it again.

Charming and clean!

The property was very clean. We loved the scriptures in all of the rooms. The basement with games provided additional fun and the messages on the walls of the basement were great. It was the perfect location for our trip to see The Ark Encounter. LOVED it and would definitely stay again!

Great place close to Ark

Comfortable and had everything we needed for a short stay. It was close to the Ark which was convenient for us. the kids loved all the games in the basement. There aren’t a lot of restaurants and other activities in the immediate area but Dry Ridge is less than 15 min away and Cincinnati is 40 min, so we went there for food and exploring.

Stay was okay

The property does sleep 8 however there wasnt nearly enough seating in the kitchen or living room for that total. One couch in the living room, so we had to sit on folding chairs and the floor. The home was very neat and tidy. Limited amount of napkins, paper towels, ect provided— we ran out quite quickly. We went with this one because of the game area but it was a very big disappointment— three board games (connect four, candyland—broken, and scrabble.) Most of the basement table games were not working/very old. The game space was a cement walled basement room. The kids wouldn't even go down there. The communication with the owner was good.
