Home on a quiet street with friendly neighbors right in the center of it all. Downtown Wilmington is situated on the Cape Fear River, has great restaurants and a lively music scene in the summer. There are two main beaches within 15-20 minutes. Each beach has a different flavor. Open floorplan downstairs between kitchen and great room. Office space just off the foyer has a stand up desk with auxiliary monitor and printer available for use. We also have a fenced in backyard for kids to safely play.

Beach Trip 2022 - Wilmington NC

This property was perfect for our family. Clean, spacious, and comfortable. Lovely yard, landscaped with sitting areas. Easy access to beaches, downtown and sites. Quiet neighborhood.

Relaxing in Wilmington

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hug’s home. Had just about everything we needed with the exception of an iron and a blender. Other than that, the stay was great, very peaceful and relaxing.
