I thought everything was good at the house and lived up to the description that was on the listing. However, we did encounter a couple of cockroaches in the showers as well as a centipede that was curled up in the middle of the floor when we came back from the beach. My daughter also said that she found some other bugs in the closet area.

2 day quick trip

We came in to work with builder on a new home. This home was the perfect oasis to stay with our dogs. Location is great with a few miles to Carolina Beach and many conveniences within 5-10 minutes. Would stay again.

Perfect sized VRBO

We went for Mother’s Day and it rained all weekend. This location is a close drive to Carolina Beach. We rode around the beaches in the rain. We also ate at Wrightsville Beach twice, which is about a 25 minute drive. Very clean! Thank you.

Very Cute

I absolutely loved this rental. The house was very clean, beautifully decorated, and in a pleasant location. The backyard fence was nice to have some isolation and privacy. The beds slept very comfortably and were spacious and roomy. It was a perfect weekend getaway for myself and I throughly enjoyed it.

Awesome house for pets

We had a great stay, even extended our reservation a couple of days! House is clean, comfortable, and well-stocked. Even pet toys for our girl Annie. Close to beach and all things Wilmington as well as grocery stores. Enjoyed taking our pooch to Fort Fisher ax she was allowed on the beach there during our stay. The hosts were super friendly and communicated if the need arose. I very much enjoyed our stay here!!

Fun weekend

The house was exactly as advertised, it was adorable. Will stay again. It was set-up just like a home would be, the little extras were appreciated. I would recommend and I am very picky. Only complaint I have is ever who is cleaning the place is not cleaning under the sofa or chair in living room. Dogs ball rolled under and was not a pretty site. Also, crickets, never seen so many in a house. But we survived the weekend.

Great place!

This review is similar to others, which shows how consistent the owners are! Clean, well cared for home and very welcoming to families and dogs. The communication from the owners was prompt and clear. The only reason we gave 4 for location is because we had to drive to the beach and pay for parking, but that was clear in the description.

Easy VRBO experience with all the amenities

This property is amazing. Super clean. Decorated nicely but not overly fancy. We loved that we could bring the dog. There were even dog toys, a crate and couch covers. The house had EVERYTHING! Coffee, coffeemaker, condiments, soap and toilet paper, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, trash bags and more. We had packed all of this based on our prior experience with rentals but it was super nice to find it already stocked including some things we had forgotten. The linens are top notch. None of those super bleached and starchy itchy ones. The neighborhood is great. Close to everything. The hosts were amazing. No two page lists of things to do and don’t do. I loved that they told us to set the temperature for our comfort. Check out was as simple as loading the dishwasher (although we did strip the beds too!). This truly made it a relaxing vacation for me and we will definitely be back.

This is the perfect property for visiting the Wilmington area! Especially if you have a pup with you. Very clean, everything you need for comfort and a couple extras (we ate all the cookies). Really appreciate when VRBOs are this nice!

Great for our Family

My family doesn't get out much. My mom was able to bring her oxygen tank and relax without having to worry about things. The house was adorable and comfy. The 2 beagles we have were able to run around outside just fine. Great communication from the owners. It was a quiet time. My brother lives in Wilmington and was able to come over with his kids. We honestly and I'm tearing up cause we never get to all hang out. The house was affordable and wonderful. We brought a dog crate but there was one there. Not sure if it's that all the time. Thanks for allowing us to stay in such a comfortable home.
