This was one of the cutest properties I’ve ever stayed at. I typically like to change up places I stay, but I’d stay here next time for sure! The grounds are great! Beautifully done! Staff was superb!

Absolutely beautiful. Came with my two children for the night . The room was beautiful and well prepared. The outside area is very peaceful both at nighttime and in the morning. Convenient store across street if need anything last minutes . Overall the service and hospitality was top tier. And I will stay at any ARRIVE hotel.

Wonderful property. Very friendly, helpful staff. The restaurant makes a mean breakfast burrito. This property is very dog friendly. The only problem I had was the person above me was very heavy footed and had a dog and I could hear them walking around all night so try to get a room on the third floor.

Another great stay!

Repeat visit celebrating our anniversary and Arrive once again did not disappoint! Fantastic location downtown Wilmington and within walking distance of the best shopping and dining. We once again used the bar/ restaurant and the staff is consistently friendly and helpful. The valet service is convenient and fast with as many in and outs as one desires. We will be back!

If you want to enjoy the water front area of Wilmington, you'd be hard pressed to beat the location and amenities of this hotel. Everything from the rooms to the service to the outside bar was excellent. Did I mention the outside bar? Excellent! It's within walking distance of everything on the waterfront.

Don't hesitate, book your stay!

First time to Wilmington and this hotel was amazing. The staff from check in, bartender at the Gazebo bar, to Mere in the restaurant made us feel like family. The room was comfortable, beautifully decorated and affordable. I didn't want to leave. I extended my stay another day to just hang out in the hotel. My meal in the restaurant was delicious I ate there 3 times in my 2 day stay.
