Enjoyed our stay, staff Was friendly and rooms were clean. Didn’t care for having to pay two days parking at $15 a day when we were there for less than 24 hours. The convenience of having everything within walking distance was worth the stay!

What was unique about the property is the location of it. I didn’t like how it sits away from the street. You have to drive by other businesses and all the way to the end of the parking lot to get there.

Staff and establishment were wonderful! Our room was extremely clean and we had a wonderful view of the river. The start of the Riverwalk is right behind the property and makes for an easy walk to the rest of downtown Wilmington. Convention center is located on the same block, for anyone visiting the Convention center looking for somewhere to stay. 10/10 for sure!

The tower was perfect for holding a meeting and then taking a quick refresher prior to flying out from Wilimington.

Great for a few nights
Posted Jan. 15, 2024 on HotelsGreat stay overall. Very comfortable beds, clean linen, and friendly staff. Always available and helpful. The breakfast was okay, hot food wasn’t the best, but the other items were good. Coffee was okay. The biggest negative was the lack of hot water. The rain shower was a nice touch, but the hot water in the shower lasted about 3 minutes and then was just barely warm. Overall, happy with the stay and got what I payed for in an older hotel.
