The hotel itself was great. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because the front desk staff, Megan, had an attitude on the phone with me when I called to ask a question about a rollaway bed before arrival. For everyone’s benefit and knowledge: rollaway beds are against fire code and unavailable in their rooms with 2 double beds. Ultimately, I was able to call Expedia and get my reservation changed to a king suite and the problem was resolved. The breakfast was great. There is a bar in the lobby. The pool was heated. The king suite was spacious. Cleanliness was great everywhere we went in the hotel. The staff who assisted me at check in and check out were fine. The only downfall was the interaction on the phone prior to arrival.

A great location, staff, amenities and cleanliness. Only suggestion would be for hotel to add a bench with a small roof cover somewhere for smokers. They have to stand outside in the elements to smoke. I'm a non-smoker but many smokers are older and standing in the heat in uncomfortable for them.

They have an amazing hot drink machine that makes delicious lattes and hot chocolates. It definitely saved us some money at coffee shops. The staff was wonderful and the pool/spa was a great time. We will definitely return if we are back in the area.

The key cards for the doors were harendous!!! Couldn’t open any of the doors to get in from parking lot. Had to have them reprogrammed many many times to get into the room!! Been here around 4 times. Never again!!!! Staff was great. Breakfast staff was great! Sorry you can’t get it together. It’s 2025. We should be able to open a door by now for gods sake!!

I JUST LOVE THIS HOTEL AND THE STAFF THERE ARE AWESOME. SHOUT OUT TO MEGAN- SHE CHECK ME IN AND MADE ME FILL RIGHT AT HOME. WE HAD THE KING ROOM SUITE AND IT WAS SOO COZY - WE FELT RIGHT AT HOME AND KINDA HATE TO LEAVE. THIS WILL BE OUT HOTEL EVERYTIME WE VISIT WILMINGTON NC!!

Drag racing!

Very nice hotel in the Corporate park. Rooms are roomy and clean. Bed was very comfortable. Only draw back was drag racing in the parking lot in the next door building and street. Extremely loud with billowing smoke. Be aware!!

My 3-Night Stay

Very clean hotel. NIce lobby, too! Good breakfast. My only issues were that the shower door would not close completely, causing minor flooding to the bathroom floor, and that I could not see where to turn on the jets in the hot tub near the pool. I also wish the bar had drink options other than just beer and wine.
