This was my first solo trip and booking through Vrbo and it did not disappoint! The host was lovely and clear with check-in and check-out processes, which made me feel immensely more comfortable in the space. Everything was clean and organized when I arrived and smelt fresh! This was perfectly located! Very clean and up to date. There was a slight issue with the AC that got fixed but the wifi did go out halfway through the stay which was a bummer. I highly recommend this stay! The value was incredible! Very communicative throughout as well!

I had to clean the shower head. The sink was slow upsatirs. I never had a screen come on on the downstairs tv. The packs for "dishwasher" are laundry sitting on top of the real ones. Idk. My first experience. Mattress was fire. Left early cause I couldn't wake up early enough for check out lol. I needed that sleep very badly. Nice downstairs furniture. Neighbors didn't mind my music. Easy access and everything worked right (lights, heat, fridge, etc.). Garage was heated, never had a problem getting in or out. It takes a lot for me to rate down...I had no business as a Lyft driver here in the "off-season", but all in all, the rating is fair.

We really loved our time at this apartment! Very clean, very well appointed, the parking garage was a great plus for us, and the location is ideal for enjoying downtown. The description says that it isn’t wheelchair accessible, but that didn’t really register with me until we were there unloading our luggage and taking it upstairs from the parking garage. That was a bit rough; however, we learned quickly that you can park temporarily in the lot at the main entrance of the building to unload your belongings and then park your car in the garage. No big deal at all! We felt like that would be a great bit of info to let guests know. I may have missed that in our communications, but either way we learned and loading the car back up to leave was much easier upon doing this. There are stairs to the bedroom and the bathroom, which is good to know if you have mobility issues as well. We loved it and hopefully will stay here again when we come to Wilmington!

We absolutely loved our stay. We were in town for my 30 year high school reunion and this location was easily accessible to anything and everything we needed to do downtown. The bed was comfortable and the towels were great. Fully stocked kitchen really helped my wife with her meal prep. Place was clean and had so many advantages over a hotel. Concert Weekend

This was a great property to stay at in the heart of Downtown Wilmington. Convenient for everything from shopping, dining and bar hopping. Place is well equipped and nicely decorated. Safe and secure location with parking for 1 vehicle. Will recommend and can't wait to book again!

Perfect for downtown exploration

Property was as described in the listing. Lots of things to do within walking distance. We parked our car and did not get back in it but once the entire stay. The condo was tastefully decorated and felt very homey. Communication with the host was easy with quick responses to any of our questions. The next time you’re in Wilmington book this property, you won’t be disappointed.

Location, location, location.

In the heart of historic downtown. Safe, underground parking (steps to get up to the main floor). Easy walk to Live Oak amphitheater, shops, and restaurants. Great communication from PM. Will stay here again.
