I showed up on a bad day, long line, phones ringing off the hook, and the front staff handling it like a professional. 3 staff short, delays in getting rooms ready and doing everything she could , taking names and phone numbers to let everyone know as soon as they would be ready…… all with a smile.

Best staff ever!

The hotel was very nice, but the staff was exceptional. Everyone at the front desk and at the starbucks counter were SO very sweet and helpful.
