This beautiful condo is just steps away from the very best Downtown Wilmington has to offer. From our location you can literally walk to all the restaurants, bars, and shopping that you can handle. Wilmington`s famous Battleship NORTH CAROLINA is moored just across the river and can be seen directly from the balcony of my condo.
Bespoke, the best coffee shop in town is just a 3 min walk
Wake and Bake Donuts is just 2 min.
Walk to the historic district and soak up some Wilmington`s unique history or stroll down the riverwalk and enjoy the views.
By car the condo is 12 minutes to the airport, 14 minutes to UNCW campus, 20 minutes to Wrightsville beach, and 25 minutes to Carolina beach.

The public bus stop is a 3 min walk away. But most area`s are easily walkable from your downtown location.

A wonderful place to stay based on location and for a one night stay. The neighbors were a little loud at night due to some sounds on the other side of the wall, but otherwise everything else was great.

Quick little stay right on the water

My husband and I stayed here for a quick weekend trip for a weightlifting competition. The place was great and had everything we needed. It was also really nice to have a designated parking spot. Would stay here again!

Another great stay

We love coming to Wilmington and this was another good stay. The parking spot on property was quite nice and communication and checkin was as easy as our prior stays. The unit is well stocked and you can’t beat the location for ease of walking to dinner or along the river. We’ll be back!

We were very pleased with the location and the balcony overlooking the river and battleship. You are steps away from the Riverwalk, shops and food options. The host was very helpful and attentive, and the place was exactly as described. We would be happy to stay there again and again.

Best stay in Wilmington

If I had to use only three words to describe our stay, they would be CLEAN, CLEAN, CLEAN. I have never stayed in a VRBO so clean. Check-in and out instructions were very straightforward and easy. And the view was beautiful! Perfect place to watch the sunset over the Battleship.

This condo is perfect for anyone who is coming to Wilmington and spending most of their time downtown. The host was responsive and even left some nice welcome gifts! The bed was super comfy - I almost didn’t want to leave!

I couldn’t be more pleased!

This was my first time in Wilmington NC and I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The property was clean, the location was perfect. It was right at the river walk. The balcony allowed an amazing view. There are many shops and food options just a few steps away. So I definitely recommend this place.

Great Time

My wife and I had such a great time staying at this condo. The owner was very informative and provided everything we needed and more. The free parking offered with this unit is so worth it and very convenient. The condo and views do not disappoint and we cannot wait to come back again.
