This is the most disappointing stay. Aside from the kind woman at reception everything was awful including the management response to issues. Someone had just been smoking INSIDE the hallway - it was smelling like cigarette smoke - fresh. We got into the room and it was disgusting - totally dirty - sheets smelled like oil, etc. I was traveling with my young daughter and after seeing the other individuals outside the hotel we no longer felt safe to leave the room. Shortly into the stay the room next to us (the hotel is so poorly built you can hear everything) was doing ...something inappropriate for little ears yet we heard everything - completey inappropritely. As a young mother I spent most of the night in tears scared for my safety. We were traveling to visit an ill family member and immediately left the next morning. Tried contacting th e hotel who refuse to do a refund because we didn't notify them soon enough - notify them of the disgusting and unsafe conditions they can't do anything about? Notify them that I'm terrified to leave my room and had to pay for another hotel elsewhere to get out of there as soon as possible. DO not stay here - not only for the poor conditions but for the terrible customer service. The hotel stated there is nothing they can do - do not stay there and stay somewhere nicer/safer.

Breakfast was good, assorted fresh fruits and food. Coffee/tea 44/7. The hotel has a large parking lot, we had no problem parking. The staff is welcoming and friendly. Tosha and Melissa remembered and addressed me by name. The room was clean and housekeeping also met expectations. Overall, I will recommend this hotel.

I did like the location because it’s kind of hidden and also close to everything..but I didn’t because of the sketchy people hanging around and walking around in that area.

Started bad from beginning with them not being able to find me in system. Then i was told that i need to check out from my room which that was unnecessary at all even a employee admitted. Area is full of drug attics even in the parking lots. Then when i checked back in they gave me a room that smelled like Marijuana thankfully they moved me to the room i was staying last night, which mind you it was 3pm and still not cleaned. The only good thing about the place was Tasha she worked in front desk and helped me calm dawn a little by making my stay more reasonable.
