Climate in the room was consistently comfortable. Very clean facility all around. Staff were very polite and helpful in area recommendations. Only one disappointment….the shower water was not hot, just warm!

As soon as we walked in Eugene at the front desk greeted us. Everything about the hotel was clean and update to date. We loved our room. We will definitely be back many times in the near future.

This hotel was beautiful and the front desk worker was incredibly kind. I believe his name was Eugene? Forgive me if that’s wrong!! He was so helpful, and he even walked us to the elevators and gave us step by step directions on where our room was. The AC was amazingggggg in this room too!!! Highly recommend!!

Inconsiderate Kids in the Hallway

Booked this hotel for a short family trip to Wilmington NC. Check-in was a breeze snd did not have an issue. However, right about close to 7pm, we can hear kids running in the corridors and literally hanging out yelling and talking loud. This went on for about 30 minutes. Was going to report this but felt it was pointless. You would think their parents or guardians would haave said something but evidently not. This was a guest issue, not the hotel. Some people just lack MANNERS and simple ETIQUETTE.
