DO NOT STAY HERE! The lady at check-in was ok but that's where the positives end. The room was FILTHY! I don't think they clean the room just make the beds. You can literally see the dirt and dust on the walls pus we found items like balloons and toys from the previous guest. Neither bathroom was fully stocked. They don't come get the trash or swap out towels at the door. Breakfast was free and honestly, they should pay you to eat it. The hours are early. We were down there close to 9am and the kitchen put out "fresh food" which included tater tots so I grabbed them thinking safe bet. As we left, I heard the staff complaining because they plan on eating the better options when the guests leave. They also have extra charges for parking but they are not in a prime location and have their own parking lot. It doesn't make sense. Avoid at all costs, it's not worth being surrounded by filth and the endless cigarette buds outside.

We spent 10days here and at first sight of the suite it was beautiful. However the 3rd day in this suite we saw roaches. The bath towels were dirty in downstairs bathroom and all the pots and pans and coffee pot and toaster was very dirty and greasy feeling. I was not comfortable!!!!! The units/Suites needs a lot of work done to them. Got moved to another Suite and this time didn’t see any roaches but when we’d open the fridge the strip would fall off. No water pressure and the cabinet under the kitchen sink was rotten. No carts to load your bags on to go to your suite. And the parking is far away. You might get lucky to find a spot. There was 3 washers but only one worked. But the front desk area was very very beautiful!!!!!!! And the breakfast was phenomenal. You can only get coffee during the hours that breakfast was served.

The room had an unpleasant odor of cigarette smoke, a blood stain on the rug in the bathroom and sink area, and hair from a previous guest on the shower walls. I had anticipated a similar experience to the ES Suites in Parsippany, NJ, as that location has consistently received high ratings.

There were a lot of interuptions in my stay. Maintenance came into my room 3 times. Also, you can hear EVERYTHING from people above you. It was a pretty "noisy" stay.
Oven handle was broken (they fixed it)
Toilet seat was also broken, I tried to snap it back in but that didnt work. (Maintenance fixed it)
