This property was very well kept and located in a safe neighborhood. The pictures of the property were accurate and the contact was very quick to respond. The only issue was figuring out the keypad for entry, but that is an easy fix. I highly recommend this property for anyone traveling to the Wilmington/Carolina Beach area.

Cute, clean house in a quiet neighborhood. The location is great because it’s close to everything you could need. Communication was great. Being pet friendly with a fenced in backyard was perfect.
