The photos advertising the property were nothing like the actual property. I tried to cancel my stay when I saw it and I was told that was not an option. All rooms have exterior doors. The parking lot is dark and there were people loitering around the vehicles. There were some rooms that were accessible through a courtyard, however, the rooms still had exterior doors. The room smelled musty and not clean. There were holes in the wall around the shower fixtures. The bathtub water could not be shut off completely and the tub was stained. There were holes in the walls of the room and the air conditioner was leaking into the room. There was a gap aroud the door large enough to see light from outside. The bed had black specks on the sheets. The pool looked nice, but the hot tub was a dark gray color. I left and found another establishment.

Terrible stay. No one had hot water. They said the boilers were working and soon we would have hot water so I stayed but it never got hot or warm. The toilet was clogged and front desk said I had to wait until the next day at 9am. I had a jetted tub, paid extra for it and couldn’t use it because it had no hot water. The night guy at front desk said if to my husband if he didn’t like it we could leave. Except it was 1am and he couldn’t return my money. He wanted me to wait for his manager the next day after 9am. He wouldn’t answer the phone. We had to go several time to him to reach him. Also, we expected a hotel but you get a bates motel vibe. I Do not recommend

The property is old and a bit tired. Not very clean on the room. All corners neglected. Shower pressure and & hot water were great. TV reception was fuzzy. I had to use my hotspot for internet speed. The hotel wifi was slower than old dialup.

Nothing was unique. This is my experience and opinion about this place. *Not friendly front desk personal. *TV was too small for the my 2 full bed’s room. About 45”. *Room was somewhat dusty. I have pictures. *Hotel grounds had dog poop. *Dead plants in planters. *Breakfast was not up to part. Really bad. *Cracks on bath tub, etc

Ive always heard the term roach motel, but never stayed in one. As soon as we walked into our room it smelled like an ashtray. Fruit flies in the sink and a smashed cockroach on the wall. I payed for two nights but left after the first. Woke up the morning after checking in to find a huge cockroach in the bathroom. Also pretty sure someone died a few rooms down from us as the hotel was swarmed with ambulamce and delaware state troopers unless youre really desperate for a cheap stay I recommend spending the extra mlney and going somewhere else.

Bed bugs and roaches with room damage and dirty.

I was moved from room 255 where it was roaches to room 251 and more roaches. They'd kept me in room 251 when I should have been moved to another room.
