The property was really rough & run down. The white towels were stained & the colored towels had bleach spots. They didn’t smell very fresh either. We didn’t have enough hand towels or washcloths for our stay & when the property manager unlocked the linen closet, there were damp sheets hanging & damp towels on the shelves. He told me they were drying in the closet- he does it all the time. What?! I ended up buying my own washcloths & hand towels. There was an extra blanket left on the coffee table & it was damp too! I started off my vacation drying linens and shopping for washcloths & hand towels.The walls could use a good paint job instead of the random patches here & there. It looked sad.The rugs throughout were stained & needed a good cleaning.The sink in the en-suite didnt drain properly & the shower curtain had mold. The other bathroom could use a new toilet seat (the lid didn’t want to stay up, the towel bar kept falling apart & the tub drained very slowly (I pulled out a lot of hair from the drain & that helped some).The plastic dishes had lots of cut marks and stains from being microwaved with tomato sauce. Storage in the refrigerator door was unusable.The screen on the deck is coming apart.No direct access to the thermostat.Good: T.V. & location
