Drink your coffee, Eat your Dinner or a glass of wine while Watching the Dolphins, Pelicans and Beach goers from the Large Deck, Fresh Linens, Blankets, quilts, covers and towels provided and All Surfaces, handles, knobs, anything touched cleaned before each stay. NOTE: The building / Unit will be accessed for bug spraying on March 10th, June 9th, July 14th, August 11th, September 8th and December 8th. If your stay is during any of these Dates you must let them into the Unit. This is a Mandatory spray of all units which keeps the bugs away. We want to ensure everyone has a pleasant Stay without any unwanted unexpected Visitors. The spray is non Harmful and safe for Children. It will take less than 3 minutes and they will only be spraying near the perimeter and doors. We appreciate your cooperation.

Great condo in a great location. The host was very responsive to inquiries. The only reason I give this 4 stars instead of 5 stars is the TV/ entertainment is Roku and you cannot get the big networks or live sports without your own paid subscription- which I do not have. This was a problem wanting to watch football over the Thanksgiving weekend.

The view is outstanding! You can see the beach from the sofa! I also liked the high dining chairs on the balcony- good view over the railing. One note- only one trash bag and one dishwasher pod were provided. I had a short stay, so that was fine for me. No paper towels either. I used a hand towel from the bathroom for a kitchen towel.

We loved the on-the beach location and responsiveness of the owner. Great pool. A few items to be aware of: walls are very thin, lots of noise from other units and the outside stairs. Bring your own beach chairs or rent.

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was clean and had everything you could possibly need. The view is breathtaking and the location is perfect. We spent most of our time (when not on the beautiful beach) on the very large covered deck. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Amazing beach front condo

We loved every bit of our stay! Excellent spot, easy check in and check out, and great communication from the owner. The ability to just walk downstairs to visit the pool and enjoy the ocean cannot be understated as a family with young children. We will most definitely be coming back!

Nicer than I expected!

The place was a lot more spacious than the photos led on! Me and my boys ages 3 and 7 stayed for July 4th weekend and we had a blast. Parking was close, the pool and beach were right there and the apartment its self was clean and comfortable. My 7 year old slept on the twin bed and my 3 year and I slept in the bedroom and we all slept great. The beds were comfortable and the blankets and pillows sufficient. The patio has a gorgeous view and plenty of room and seating. We used the kitchen to make breakfast every morning and the apartment had what we needed to do so. We would definitely come back and stay here again! We were also just a 5 min walk away from our fav ice cream spot and enjoyed pizza from uncle Vinny’s just down the road. Overall it was a great experience!

Beautiful view

Overall, this is a great location with a lovely view. The condo was stocked well and nicely organized. We had some trouble finding the murphy bed and then realized it had no linens, so we needed a late night delivery. It is very cramped for 4 adults (we traveled with our two college age kids). But if you don't mind having folks throughout the living room, or if it's just 2 of you, it's a great house!

Great spot

This was a lovely place with an amazing view and easy access to the beach, pool, and parking. Easy walking distance to several places to eat, including a great grill with a bar on a pier. The beds were really comfortable and we found everything we needed. Thanks!

This beachfront condo was very welcoming and comfortable. It has everything needed for an awesome beach stay. The deck overlooking the ocean was wonderful. The owner was very quick to respond and accommodating. They had a cute little welcome bag waiting on the counter for us which was super thoughtful.
