Inside offers lots of open plan living space, dining table for 8 with further seating for another 4 around the nearby kitchen island.

The property has a top quality pool table, table tennis, arcade machine and 85” screen for your consoles.

We have free range chickens on site and fresh eggs for morning breakfast, as well as 6 stables with horses that you can visit.

The house has been fully refurbished over the recent years so you will find the property up to date, modern and finished to a high standard. This was once my home and is now being enjoyed by many on there holidays.

The property works well for families, couples, groups and hen doos, with parking for 8 cars on the main drive way.

In the Summer the outside areas, Jacuzzi, BBQ and garden furniture allow for lovely afternoons relaxing, enjoying the sunshine. We have an 8 seater and 4 seater outside dining table.

Inside the house was built for entertainment in mind, we have a large open plan kitchen, lounge, dinner with seating for 8 and further 4 high stools around the island, this is the hub of the house and is a really fun social space.

For more cosy evenings we have a separate snug, with a log burner, where you can snuggle up in front of the fire, sit around on the sofas and play any of the board games provided.

The house itself is located on a 7 Acres, with riding stables, horse, and chickens on site. So a rural property and you will like you are definitely in the country. An Acre of the garden is available for your full use and enjoyment, but we do ask to accompany you when around the animals or in the fields for safety reasons and also to ensure you get the full enjoyment of the space.

The rear of the property has long reaching views over the fields, which provide a wonderful setting.

Whilst a rural country property we believe we have good access to some wonderful towns and areas, such as Wimborne, Ringwood, Christchurch, Bournemouth as well as the wonderful beaches Sandbanks, Boscombe, Southbourne and Hengistbury head, where paddle boarding, kite surfing, kayaking and much more is available.

The property has directly connected Footpaths so you can go off walking or cycling and a host of country pubs are available.

We can offer contacts for Taxis, Private Chefs, Clay Pigeon Shoots, Boat charters, and Beauticians should you require.

The modern kitchen is very well equipped with fridge,freezer, twin Bosh ovens, induction hob, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster and dishwasher. It has all the utensils you could possibly wish for and crockery and cutlery for 8.

The utility room is large and works well as a boot room after those winter walks. There is a washing machine, tumble dryer and of course iron and board etc.

There are two travel cots and two high chairs at the property. We do not supply Infant bedding so please bring this as needed. Please note all the ground floor is tiled.

All the bedrooms are on the top floor of the property. The master bedroom has a dressing room and large ensuite complete with shower and bath. The second bedroom has an ensuite also with Shower. The further two bedrooms are of good proportions none of the bedrooms are small box rooms. A family bathroom is on had with bath shower for those bedrooms without en-suite.

All bedding, towels, including separate hot tub towels are of course provided.
