It was ok, nothing great. The restaurant and bar seemed to be the better parts. Room was basic but comfortable. Shower door was broken and wouldn’t close, causing flooding when showering. We were very surprised robes weren’t provided in the rooms and had an additional charge to use, along with towels to use at the pool. A fee for an extra towel so you don’t have to take your bath towel is strange.

Great Receptionist :-)

Stayed for a night on the way to Oxford. Reception area and staff were great. When we got to our room we discovered there was no bath and that was a top priority for me, I phoned down to reception and the lady was fantastic, I wasn’t sure of her name, but she was so understanding and found us a room with a bath and we moved within 10 minutes. You were amazing thank you!! We used the pool and enjoyed the facilities. Good nights sleep. Very happy. Thank you.

Comfortable stay

Arrived in the dark so didn’t realise the car park was a distance from the hotel. The hotel is very spread out. Must be a lovely location in the summer. Nice welcoming reception and comfortable room. Took advantage of sauna and steam room.
