"Had a wonderful time seeing the Municipal Rose Garden which is really close. House was well maintained and clean. Enjoyed the fruit trees. House is on a busy street but noise was never a factor and it has a driveway that is easy to get into. It was an easy walk/drive to Bloom, a wonderful breakfast spot. All in all, a great stay. "

"We loved johnnys place and he always got right back to us when we needed something. It was a bit hard to find entrance but he guided us perfectly once we called him. The beds were a bit small for two grown women but I should’ve been aware. The location was perfect. Being about to not get in car again was priceless. "

"This is a well-located and sparkling clean condominium right in the middle of San Jose’s Santana Row neighborhood. All appliances and furniture are new with a large screen television. A completely remodeled bathroom with an excellent shower. Plus we found the mattress quite comfortable.Whenever we contacted the property manager she responded very quickly.The only area where we thought there could be improvement would be a “welcome booklet” with specific information on the apartment.Thank you for a wonderful stay and we lntend to return in the future."
