The family bathroom is contemporary, with a shower over the bath and heated towel rail. The first floor, which actually opens to the ground level at the rear is all open plan, offering a plenty of easy seating to relax after a day on the fells, and a well-equipped kitchen ideal for a hearty breakfast, complete with fridge and dishwasher. An additional fridge freezer is provided in garage. A doorway at the rear leads directly onto an enclosed patio area which is south facing and is perfect for that morning coffee and a bit of fresh Cumbrian air.
