Amazing! We were very well looked after from arrival. Prosecco at check in; consierge service (Mark) was superb; complimentary Bentley to take us to our restaurant; beautiful and comfortable room; all staff encountered were friendly and helpful. Absolutely cannot fault this hotel, it was perfect.

From the moment we arrived we felt wanted and the staff on reception couldn't have been more helpful and warm. We were upgraded to a superior double and the room was fabulous. The staff in the restaurants and bars were so knowledgeable and friendly that nothing was too much trouble. Have to recommend the free trip into town in the Bentley. A great stay and we will be back to stay again very soon.

Amazing location great value for money wonderful service from Patrick well done an asset for any bussines .rooms very comfortable air condition not available .rooms with Jacuzzi very nice . Food was good in the Bar pool bar was a problem with chlorine fumes.Asian fusion restaurant was very fine and again great value for money highly recommended

Perfect 100%

100% would stay here again, stunning hotel and surroundings. From the moment of arrival the room was ready early and we were able to check in straight away and was given free welcome drinks. Jodie who was on reception was very informative and told us all the information about the hotel and spa and took us to our room. The room was beautifully decorated and clean and the hot tub was perfect. Dinner in the restaurant was excellent the food flavours and how it was presented was fantastic.

An excellent hotel, the room was amazing, and we got upgraded to a larger room when the hotel heard it was our anniversary! Very clean and comfortable, and the hot tub on the balcony was a must have The spa facilities were fantastic, and the cocktail bar was lovely for food and sitting outside with a view The hotel was very close to bowness town centre and the lakshore, with a myriad of restaurants and bars to choose from! Wpuld really recomend porto for a date night, followed by cocktails in the hotel bar, which can be taken up to the room hot tub in a pastic cup

Amazing stay

Absolutely amazing stay at the lakes hotel and spa. The complex was amazing and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The spa itself is the best spa I have been too and would definitely recommend to anyone looking to relax and have some well needed chill time. The location is perfect. Our new favourite place to stay ☺️

Could not fault our stay here, the facilities were great, staff all super friendly, the on site restaurant and bars were amazing also. We originally planned to go into the town but we were more than occupied with everything on site. Already looking to book again!
