Spotlessly clean, very comfortable bed. Quietly watched a deer just a few feet from me outside the property. Very peaceful.

A wonderful get away near a lake. Everything you need for a relxing vacation. The heated floor in the bathroom was perfect for a cold winter night. The living room was comfortable. We loved the projector screen and being able to watch Netflix on the big screen. The only improvement I would suggest, is to put a small microwave in the kitchen. All in all, a great place to stay and enjoy the Windham/Portland area!

GREAT place would go back in a heartbeat. My only add-on would be a microwave in the future, more so on an extended stay and leftovers lol. We reported a couple of SMALL issues and they replied rather quickly. We did not go to the Lake due to temps and not sure if I missed info on Lake access. All in all a 10 out of 10. This was our first Air B&B type experience and very happy! Also thanks for our nice surprises!
