Mountain View Ski Minutes to Windham & Hunter

At this cozy mountain view cabin, you can wake up minutes from the ski lifts. We are 4 minutes from the ski slopes of Windham Mountain, seen from the private deck, and 15 minutes from Hunter Mountain. Then when you return, you can curl around the indoor fireplace or the outdoor fire pit for s’mores while stargazing or viewing wildlife in the forest surrounding the large yard.

The cabin is both pet friendly and family friendly.

+ Kitchen opens up to the outdoor deck that includes a grill alongside Adirondack chairs that circle around our outdoor fire pit for a relaxing night to stargaze and make s'mores.
+ Flat, spacious grassy 1 acre mountain setting. Keep an eye out for backyard wildlife like deer and hawks!

Bedrooms:
+ Bedroom #1: Primary bedroom located downstairs with a Queen bed and spacious closet with dresser.
+ Bedroom #2: Outdoors-themed, located directly next to the primary bedroom with a twin bed. Perfect for a little one or single guest.
+ Bedroom #3: Upstairs bedroom connected to additional living area and second full bathroom. Here you will find two queen beds under vaulted A-frame style ceilings with natural light and mountain views.

Bathrooms:
+ Downstairs Bathroom: updated features with charming original tile and a full bathtub.
+ Upstairs Bathroom: newly added bathroom with all new features, fit perfectly along the alpine style.

Please note that while we have updated features, our mountaintop cabin is in a rural neighborhood and has some rustic charm original to the cabin. If you are seeking luxury accommodations, this may not be the best choice for you.

Guests have full use of the property. Please limit use of the basement to the laundry area!

HOUSE RULES:
+ Pets are welcome as long as they are included on the initial booking.
+ Quiet hours are between 11pm and 8am
+ No parties
+ No smoking of any kind inside the cabin
+ Please notify us immediately if anything breaks
+ Guests may not check-in, bring, or invite additional people to sleep at the cabin beyond the number of people declared on the reservation. Should you need additional people added, please communicate in advance to ensure we can accommodate.
+ The cabin has outside security cameras
+ Ensure all indoor fireplace/outdoor fire pit fires are put out before leaving or going to bed. The chimney flue needs to be open while the fireplace is in use.
+ No hunting, archery, or open firearms permitted on the premises
+ Any dirt bikes, atvs, or snowmobiles should be parked on the driveway and are not allowed on the yard.
+ Primary guests who’s identity is not verified must send a photo of his/her driver's license or passport within 24 hours of confirming their booking (or within 4 hours if it a same-day-check-in).
