Take your own garbage?

I cannot believe the policy they have regarding the garbage. They provide a kitchen then require you to take all your garbage when you leave. To me this is ridiculous and I will not be staying here again.

Take lots of photos/videos as soon as you get in!

Had an issue with hot tub not being cleaned. Reached out to property managers and was told that they had left it clean so it was my fault!

We had to take a certain amount to cover the damages that were inflicted to the property from your side. Our financial department stayed as objective as it was possible and such a decision was made. Sleeps 16, but charges extra for every guest. $200 property fee plus a $1000 extra fee that is listed in fine print. Booking requirements ask for so much information it appears that they are going to steal your identity. Hot tub was cold 36C and they are charging $500 because the water has minor bubbles and starting to go green (caused by chemical imbalances, not use). Hot water in shower is luke warm at hottest setting. Fridge ice machine regularly leaked, requiring us to dry the floor every time it was used. Townhouse uses commercial level comfort furniture, designed to last forever but not for comfort.

Thank you for the feedback, Mr. Robillard. Yes, this property can accommodate up to 16 guests but you have booked for 2. If you want to add some extra guests, there would be extra charge for that. You could see price breakdown before submitting your reservation. If you are not comfortable with the price, you have option not to book it. Notification about refundable security deposit is mentioned in the listing and visible before booking as well. We didn't receive any complaints from you regarding water temperature, fridge ice machine leakage, hot tub and furniture. It would be good if you could register your complaint with the host or at least inform us so that we can help you or offer another townhouse. Unfortunately, we found damage after your check-out. Our finance manager provided you the proofs and information about the damage. In accordance with the Deposit Policy that you agreed to before check-in, we have the right to withhold the cost of damage if any is found after check-out. Thank you for your understanding.

Comfort for Work Crew

A four person crew was in Windsor for work and appreciated the space to spread out and enjoy the sauna and hot tub after days on site. This was a vast improvement over traditional hotels stays.
