The Town House was very nice. I would definetly go back again. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean.

The room was horrible, the whole bed was stained, all the sheets were like someone pooped there and they didn't send them away, it's really ugly, I've never stayed in such an ugly place.

This motel was cute and comfortable for a quick passing through kind of stay. Front staff was very kind and easy to work with. Checking in was a breeze. The bathroom however was not clean at all. There was a dried washcloth in there from the guest before, bar soap dried up all over the floor and soap dish. Floor was super hairy and the toilet had dried pee around the bottom. The fridge was also not clean at all. I’m not one to make bad reviews and it wasn’t something that will make me never stay here again but I will definitely be checking the bathroom and have them clean it again if I run into the same problem. It was a late check in or else I would have. All in all, it was a safe and comfortable place to stay aside from that.

Heater didn’t work. There was no smoke alarm set up in the room. I was there for five days and six nights, could have used more body soap and showers towels. Room wasn’t cleaned the entire time I was there.

Hit the 4 C's!

Perfect stay. I was on an overnight trip to explore the hills around Winnemucca and The Town House had a comfortable bed, clean, coffee maker in the room, courteous staff. 4 Cs/ Stars for me. Just missing the continental breakfast or cocktails, either combined (usually) gets 5!

Don't stay here!

I highly suggest finding another spot to stay. Not sure how this place has an over 8 rating. Just pulling up to the place I got a creepy vibe. Pulled up around midnight on my way to Boise. There were people sitting out front of their rooms just watching people which wasn't comfortable feeling at all. The front desk lady was half awake and not present. The first room we got a key for wouldn't open, then a half naked guy answered the door and we were all startled. I apologized and let him know this was the room we were assigned, he said, you can still come in if you'd like....ewwwww. Went back to half awake lady and explained what happened. Got another room, #15, went there, opened the door, two people looked at me surprised as to why I was coming in their room in the middle of the night. How freaking embarrassing and horrifying! Went back to half awake lady and let her know I'll be leaving and would like a refund. Unfortunately this place was very 'hills have eyes' vibe of a place. Yes its cheap, but there's other places here that are inexpensive and way better to stay at! I'm truly amazed at the rating this place has. Very deceiving. I highly encourage you to look elsewhere. The front desk lasy wasn't even apologetic about what was happening, just weird
