This property exceeds its limitations with one of the most tried and true methods-the unmatched friendliness and customer service of the staff. It might not be the best hotel-casino in Nevada, but the staff who work there are the nicest by a long, long shot.

Overnight relaxation

It is a friendly, comfortable place. It’s nice to have the casino, sportsbar, and a good restaurant all on site. The rooms are a bit dated but are well equipped and were quiet at night for us.

The customer service was outstanding from the start! I had to call to request ground floor rooms. I received prompt, friendly service and a confirmation email from the hotel. The whole place was clean and fresh smelling.
