I selected the pay at property option but they took my funds before i even left home which is 5 hrs away, then they charged my 281 damage deposit twice, and locked my funds. And expected me to still pay 648 for 2 nights.

Everything was fine, but during our stay the thermostat was broken. Too hot in our room. They move us to a different room, everything was fine until the thermostat gave out again. But other than that staff are accommodating and pool is warm kids had fun.
