Clean rooms, great pool. Only negative was late check out was needed to attend childrens medical appointment and front desk refused to be accommodating even though they were not fully booked for the night.

Across the street from hockey arena so super convenient to walk to and back after the game. Considering everyone was staying there for the hockey game I couldn’t believe how quiet it was. The only complaint I have is the swimming pool has no area that has steps to walk into it for someone who can’t climb a pool ladder so my husband couldn’t use the pool but the hot tub was accessible so that was nice.

Comfortable stay
Posted Jan. 27, 2024 on HotelsAs expected, a comfortable overnight stay at the Delta. Premium King room on 18th floor was clean, and exactly as shown in the picture. While the bed was comfortable, I do wish we had more / extra pillows as I like to prop up while reading in bed. To be fair, though, I didn't bother asking for more. Heated bathroom floor is always nice, as is the kettle and mini-fridge. Many hotels provide a Keurig, which this room had as well, but for me, I love having a separate kettle. I did find the note advising that extra coffee pods were available for purchase to be a little nickel and dime-y. The ottoman showed some wear, but not a big deal. Individual thermostat is good, and a balcony. Convenient underground parking for $20/night, and conveniently connected by skywalk to the Convention Centre.
