The room was in good condition except we were having difficulties with the electrical outlets. Our phones did not charge. Thankfully we didn't have to be anywhere early as our alarms would not have worked .

We enjoy going to the Hampton, I quite often choose to stay there. On this particular day we were in room 209 and I thought the air conditioning was on, in January. There was such a cold breeze coming from the air unit. Turned out it was the outside air coming in between the air unit and the window. I used the extra bedding to create a draft barrier and didn’t fuss as we were only there for a short while. I had never experienced this before there (I have at other hotels in the area though) and hoping it is just that particular room.

Enjoyed the pool , but disappointed the hot tub was not working and probably would have chosen a hotel with one that was if it was noted on the site. Otherwise clean quiet and very pleasant staff.

I used to be a Housekeeper in a Luxury Lines before... My rating when it comes to Room Cleanliness and Presentation is Good but it kind a let it down when it comes to supply... Facila tissues left with 2 ply only and shampoo dispenser is left totally empty... Need to go down twice to the reception to have it refill... My overall Satisfaction Rating is Average...
