The property was good overall. The exterior doesn’t look great but when you’re inside it’s better. Had a good experience. As a traveler from the US, bring a Visa or Master Card CC because they don’t do Discover it.

Family trip to Winnipeg in early August. Location is great, right off Fermor. Staff friendly. Room was basic but clean. Continental breakfast was ok - wish there were more options but we were still able to eat before we started our day. Would definitely stay again

The water was yellow. We only booked for one night (thankfully), during that one night we were unable to use the water because it was yellow! When we called front desk they had a member of our staff come “check it out” by barging into our room and bathroom where our child was, without even asking! We checked out early. Not to mention there was no elevator & no offer to help with our bags being taken up to the room after being told there would be help. Meanwhile 2-3 guys were sitting in the lobby who appeared as workers.

Upon arrival, we noticed a strong, unpleasant odour in the room, along with dirty bedding. Addressing these issues could greatly enhance the overall guest experience.

We didn’t end up staying at the property as the room we were given had two doors and the one at the back end, the deadbolt didn’t lock. I felt it wasn’t a safe scenario for two women and three children, especially situated so close to a major highway. The rooms were very dated but as far as I could tell, they were clean. The only other room they had available was on the second floor and there was no elevator. The manager was very understanding about my safety concerns and didn’t hesitate to refund us. The kids were sad to leave as the pool and slide looked fun.

Very noisy with doors slamming, rooms are diffenently not sound proof.Contential Breakfast was Ok but did not see 1 staff member working or restocking the breakfast area ?? Will not book here again

The bathroom is big and clean. The property is very old. Not recommend if you have many luggages as no elevator, unless they can arrange ground floor room.
