First, the minuses: A dozen Harley Boomers were having a rowdy, noisy time in the adjacent restaurant, and it was inconvenient to have to belly-crawl to reach an AC outlet to charge a phone next to my bed. The pluses: Nice property. Quiet. Clean. Excellent front desk staff. Convenient. It's a 9 out of 10. Go for it.

Great check in. Very accommodating to put our 2 rooms next to each other. Hot tub was hot and when mentioning to the maintenance he said 102 is correct. Everyone of us there including a group of 8 said the same thing we did! Was too hot.

One of the children tried using the hairdryer and it started on fire. The room filled up with smoke and the fire alarm didn't go off. We left within 3 hours of being here. My family does not feel safe in this hotel.

The hotel and staff were great. We did not get much for sleep as the people staying above us must've paced all night as the floor was squeaking constantly. So maybe more insulation inbetween levels if possible may help.

June 13-14 2025. Very nice stay for 2 nights. Polite employees and very clean. There is a pool but we didn't swim. Beds were a little hard but I'm a little picky. Ice machine on every floor except the 3rd floor (was out of order). Breakfast was 7-9 and was good. Hot coffee, bagels, cereal etc. I would stay again.

Great stay overall. The staff were friendly and took care of us promptly. The property is in a convenient location. Out room was clean and ready when we arrived. We even received coupons for the attached restaurant. The only reason for a four star overall review rather them five is that the tub had a drainage issue so it was filling with water during my shower so I was ankle deep by the end. Not a big issue, just worth noting and I’m confines will get fixed. I’ll be back again next year!

Rooms were dirty. There was thiick soap scum on the back of where the bottles of shampoo that was black, also linen on one bed seemed to be dirty so we asked about possibly them changing it out and they were going to hand us bedding from front desk. We were on our way out the door after dropping off luggage so ask if possible to have it done for us. When we returned our door to our room was left propped open by security lock in door, when called they said they were just up there so it hadn't been long which was not the case as my nieces had to go up to their room next to ours and met the girls with sheets as we were heading out of hotel and returned an hour later. I had all kinds of medications, jewelry, money, and my sister had her work computer with. Thankfully it was all intact but not gojng to return.

Bad tv and milk

Tv remote didn’t work, they fixed it worked tell they left the room, went to front desk and picked up a new remote and that only worked half the time, then to top it off when to the complementary breakfast grabbed a carton of milk and it was stale, so not the best stay
