Staff manager was absolutely wonderful. Helped in assistance when asked right away. The place was very nice!

No hot water. Couldnt take shower

To cold

It's cute and clean
Posted Oct. 22, 2023 on HotelsWe stayed overnight at The Safari Inn because it is very close to Wildlife Safari and it was going to be a late night at the Zoobilee.
Check-In was easy, friendly and I received confirmation as soon as it was booked.
The room was clean, but a little dated. Everything worked, but the beds were very hard and uncomfortable.
It was a little noisy from other tenants. You can hear every conversation through the walls, outside and upper floors.

The desk agent was fantastic. I was concerned that I wouldn't arrive by 9 pm so I called. The agent assured me he would take care of me. I arrived on time so no worries but he was very friendly and accommodating.
Unfortunately, the heat in the room did not work. It blew cold air all night. Also, I was "unable to join" the wifi network. I did have a good night's sleep. The bed was comfortable and a fridge and microwave were provided.
