Great for Business Travelers!

I've stayed at this hotel twice and was impressed by the level of upkeep, customer service and overall amenities for the price point. The breakfast is great and kept well stocked throughout the morning. The front desk staff is kind and very helpful and both day and night shifts remembered me from my first stay. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. This may be my go-to hotel for my monthly business trips to Winston Salem!

I stayed at this property 2.5 years ago. It was “ok” then- but has definitely gone downhill since. We had no cold water at all the first night. There were questionable stains on the bedding and bedskirts. The plumbing fixtures were dirty, and the bathroom in general was severely aged/outdated. The carpet was actually sticky and badly stained. The entire property interior needs a BestWestern package update. Would not stay here again.

I liked location and accessibility. Bathtub needs plastic shower curtain or shower liners large enough to cover tub size to prevent water on floor while showering. Unfortunately, as I was leaving to check out, a large roach was seen scurrying down the hall on my floor. Laundry room is on that floor (2nd).

My only complaint is that there is mold (and a broke jet) in the jetted tub room. I didn't have a drain stopper either, and was told they don't have any extra either. When turning on the jets, a very bad aroma fills the bathroom, but does go away after roughly 10 minutes. Service was polite and as helpful as they could be.

Winston Salem visit

We had to change rooms because we saw roaches. The second room was away from the ice machine but rhe tub faucet dripped constantly no matter how tightly it was turned off. Overall the mattress was too soft and rhe hotel is definitely showing wear and tear and needs remodeling.

This property did not appear to be the cleanest. The staff were excellent and very understanding. The carpet had stains and the tub was not in the best condition. My family used the water by standing outside of the tub nor was the water hot. I would like a refund.

Everything was good. The hotel looks good. Very clear and comfortable rooms. There is not enough parking. And the breakfast is over at 9:30, no at 10:00 like everywhere else, i have to say.
