This corner unit, situated on the third floor, boasts a private entrance and is enhanced by numerous windows and a skylight, which allow abundant sunlight to illuminate the area while offering stunning views of the Fraser River, the pond, and Winter Park Ski Resort. Covering 1,068 square feet, the unit features an open floor plan with new wood flooring that flows seamlessly through the living, dining, and kitchen spaces. The kitchen is fully equipped, with ample counter space that encourages family gatherings, complemented by modern appliances and cabinetry. The dining area showcases a charming rustic table with six chairs and three stools, perfect for relaxation, gaming, and enjoying meals together. In the main living room, comfortable furnishings enhance the atmosphere of the wood fireplace, while a flat-screen TV and a large skylight provide plenty of natural light and a view of the night sky. A private deck presents a picturesque view of the Fraser River, and by opening the windows, one can enjoy the calming sounds of the flowing river throughout the night, creating a serene retreat. The location was great for us. Beds were comfy and there was plenty of room for the 3 of us. Appreciated having the in-unit washer and dryer. Enjoyed the hot tub and pool (only a two minute walk) especially after hitting the slopes all day.

This property was very nice and cozy. Incredibly well equipped. We never had an issue finding parking and the clubhouse/pool/hot tub area was great. It is on the third floor which seems a lot higher up when you your legs are tired of skiing. We liked it because it quiet. Would definitely recommend.

Poor maintenance response
Property was as expected but there was poor response to problem with heat. Had to use space heaters to keep bedrooms and bathrooms warm. Promised to be there to repair and never showed up.

Colorado getaway
Very comfortable and clean with extra paper supplies and clean towels. Beautiful river view and walking distance to restaurants! So quiet! Stunning hikes along the Fraser river. within minutes of the property. Thrilled with the Alpine slide and gondola ride in Winter Park Resort. Hiked to Columbine lake in the Arapaho National Forest and to Adam's Falls and beyond in Rocky Mountain National Park as well as a breathtaking drive along Trailridge Road. Biked along the Fraser trail. Loved the stars at night!
