4 Br. Beautiful Luxury Mountain Townhome with 6 person hot tub

Get away from it all with an escape to this beautiful townhome. Four bedrooms on three levels each with a luxurious king size bed and private en-suite bathroom. Sleeps eight. 6 person hot tub on the balcony. The view of Byers Peak and some partial views of Winter Park Resort are truly spectacular in the gorgeous Rocky Mountains.

Located in beautiful Northwest Colorado, tucked among evergreen trees, you'll have plenty of access to ski slopes in the winter and trails in the summer.

Vacation in luxury with top-of-the line furnishings and all the amenities you could ever need including radiant floor heating, six man hot tub and one car garage.

On the lower level is a bedroom with king size bed, bathroom with dual sinks and a stand alone tiled shower. There is a washer and dryer on this level in addition to cubbies for all your gear and the garage.

The main level is where you will find the wonderful living and dining area and kitchen. Vaulted ceilings with yellow walls and dark wood accounts, and a floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace makes this feel especially warm and cozy. High definition TV and surround sound complete this area. Wifi is free!

The kitchen is warm and inviting with wood cabinets, tiled floor and stainless steel appliances. Gas grill is on the deck located off the kitchen.

Private hot tub anyone? Room for six. Located on the main level front balcony with views of Winter Park Ski area.

Another master suite is located on the main level. The en-suite bathroom also connects to the main living area. This room includes a streaming TV.

Head up the beautiful staircase to the third level. Two more magnificent master suites and private bathrooms. One of these suites also includes a streaming TV.

This elegant townhome is close to everything. It is right on the ski bus route to Winter Park Ski Resort. It is only five miles to Winter Park and 15 miles to Ski Granby Ranch. Fraser also has tubing options, from the Historic Tubing Hill to the hill at nearby Colorado Adventure Park.

Summertime is spectacular for hiking, biking, and fishing.

Amazing condo

We have a great stay at this condo. The bedrooms and bathrooms were super spacious and so comfy. We had 8 people stay and no one felt cramped. The winter park lift is such an easy walk from this location. I would highly recommend this place and plan to come back in the future.

Amazing home!

Great location, layout worked well for our family of 7 and kitchen was well stocked for cooking at home. Only critique is only one TV in home. With kids it was tough not being able to send to their room to watch their shows to rest after a day of skiing. Humidifiers in each room was a nice touch and got used nightly

Perfect Mountain and Ski Get Away

This place is exactly what you think of when you think mountain and ski get away. 4 bedrooms with 4 king beds and 4 bathrooms is SOOOOO hard to find but this place has it all. Everyone was so comfortable with their own space. The place is spotless clean, has everything you need and more. The hot tub is incredible and its so close to both Grocery store and the ski resort. We will be back many times in the near future.

perfect mountain escape

The perfect winter park house for families and friends

Traci was very responsive and easy to work with. This house is fantastic! Every single bedroom fees like a master bedroom, I've stayed in the winter park area many times and never found a better house for all parties to feel equal with king sized beds and double vanities in every bedroom! The location is fantastic, less than 15 minutes from winter park and it has a convenient bus stop right outside to avoid parking during ski season, we even had a moose walk through the neighborhood!

Family Christmas Vacation

We rented Traci’s beautiful home for our Christmas vacation! Our adult children/spouses and our grandchild! We each had our own amazing room and bathroom attached ! The views were amazing! We were across highway to tubing, supermarket and restaurants! We went snowmobiling only 15 minutes away as well as Winter park resort for ski/snowboarding lessons! Absolutely wonderful home and location! Traci is a joy to work with! We would recommend this property to all! Thank you Traci for a wonderful experience! 😊

Barbecue grill and balconies

Great bedrooms but balconies very small for the number of folks we had. The barbecue grill needs to be replace and we were disappointed because we couldn’t figure out how to light it and with the gas turned on and with the gas fumes we gave up. We were looking forward to grilling out on the Fourth of July and that didn’t happen. Other then this everything was very nice and great location.

Birthday Retreat

My son turned 21 and this was EXACTLY what we were looking for! We are not the bar scene/party type of crew. We were looking for relaxation, space and quality family time, that’s exactly what we found. Space to spread out, yet gather for meals, close to town, yet in the mountains and something that was comfortable for my daughter to relax with a brand new baby. There were 8 adults and one infant. The benefit of huge rooms with king size beds and private bathrooms with each made everyone feel comfortable. Though, we only used the hot tub once it was so clean and relaxing. After checkout, my daughter realized she had forgot her Boppy(nursing pillow) the owner was quick to respond and help remotely to get this back to us immediately. I can say the WHOLE experience was just what we needed to create memories that we will cherish forever. Thank you
