A lovely and cozy studio condo with direct access to the slopes of Winter Park Resort, private balcony and modern interior design make for a relaxing vacation anytime of the year for a small family or couple.
The open floor plan encompasses living, dining, sleeping and kitchen areas with newly installed carpeting throughout and is nicely accentuated with the modern furnishings. Guests can enjoy a quiet evening in front of the gas fireplace, watching their favorite programing on the flat screen television or relax on the private deck with forest and common area patio views from the living room. A queen murphy bed will fold down in the evenings for a good night’s rest and easy to fold back up for more room during the daytime hours. There is also a sofa sleeper in this area to sleep two smaller individuals.
In the dining area, there is a colorful table and chair set that will seat up to four guests and provides a delightful view of the outdoors through the sliding glass doors. The fully equipped kitchen offers new appliances, new countertops, cabinets and tiled flooring. The full bathroom is easily accessible in the hallway.

It is important to note that the Iron Horse property is situated along the skier's corridor connecting Mary Jane to the base of Winter Park. To utilize the ski-in/ski-out feature of the property, all skiers must possess an intermediate skill level or above.
Unit amenities include complimentary WI-FI access, private balcony, gas fireplace, fully equipped kitchen includes all pots, pans, dishes and utensils. All linens, towels, paper products and toiletries are provided. There is no air conditioning.
Common area amenities include access to each floor is provided by an elevator and guests can take advantage of the available covered parking. The property offers a range of amenities including hot tubs, a swimming pool, a game room, a business center, and fitness facilities.

1 car can park in the underground parking garage for the building. House Rules: Smoking and pets are strictly prohibited according to homeowner rule. Guests will face a fine of $500 per day if found smoking or bringing a pet onto the property. Check-in time is at 4:00PM and check-out time is at 10:00AM. Reservation holders must be 25 years of age. All guests are required to sign our rental agreement within 48 hours of booking. Quiet hours are from 10:00PM - 7:00 AM. NOTICE: The Iron Horse property is designated as a non-smoking area; smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises. Violators of this policy will incur fines.
