We had a great stay at the house. Our whole squad loved the Sauna and hot tub, definitely a nice bonus. The House was VERY clean. One of our guys had worked at hotels in the past and was remarking how clean the house was. Even little things like the above pictures were wiped clean and dusted. I do wish the check-in and check-out times were a little more generous. 4 PM check-in was late enough that we couldn't drop things off at the house and enjoy our afternoon, and the 10 AM check-out was so early that the last morning felt rushed. Not the end of the world, but that's my only criticism.

We had a mixed experience at this property. The location and overall setup of the house were nice, and we appreciated having the space for our trip. Unfortunately, there were quite a few maintenance and functionality issues that affected our stay.Several advertised amenities were either not usable or did not function properly, including the grill and fire pit. We also experienced issues with the oven, TV remote, Wii, a broken chair, a broken window handle, and the screen door. Individually, some of these things may seem minor, but having so many issues during one stay was frustrating.We did reach out to the property owners about the issues during our stay. They offered to come inspect the property on our last day, but we were unable to accommodate that because one member of our group would have been alone at the property. We communicated this, but unfortunately felt that this was later held against us when discussing the issues. We were also disappointed by the suggestion that we simply weren’t using the grill and fire pit correctly. We had followed the instructions and made multiple attempts to get them working, so it was frustrating to feel as though the issues were being attributed to user error. We were later told that they were able to get the grill/fire pit functioning after we had already left.We understand that things can break at a rental property, and we would have been much more understanding if the response had felt more accommodating.
