Germ Guardian Air purifier for your use and Ultra Violet Light (UV) used prior to every guest's arrival On ski in/ski out ACCESS LEVEL! 2nd condo from elevators to free indoor heated parking, game room, computer room, indoor/outdoor heated pool, brand new hot tubs, new fitness center, etc. Located on Ski Slope side of building, so, NO NOISE from hot tub partying.

CLEANLINESS is a top priority and is personally handled by myself, a local owner who spends 4 hours after each renter, leaving no surface untouched and unsanitized. Cleaning companies typically spend a mere 30 minutes between renters. A GermGuardian air purifier and Ultraviolet Light Sanitizer is provided in the unit for your use during your stay.

If you have children, or are just young at heart, you are going to love our INDIAN THEMED condo. Many do not know that Winter Park Resort was built on land that previously belonged to Native Americans! Here you will enjoy hand tooled leather pillows, genuine Native American dream catcher, authentic Indian Papoose, canoe chandelier and lamp, antler chandelier, signed Indian artwork, copper farmhouse sink, granite kitchen counter, GE Slate Gray appliances, gorgeous new custom bath vanity with glass vessel sink, and of course Custer the Buffalo, etc. Sleeps up to 4 in a Queen bed and a sofa bed.

After a long day on the slopes or hiking enjoy a soak in the hot tubs or take the kids to the gameroom or for a swim in our indoor/outdoor pool; or, work out in the gym. I am personally available 24/7 to attend to your needs or questions.

Easy to cook full course meals in our fully stocked kitchen or give the cook a break, choose any one of countless area restaurants and take the family out from pizza to gourmet. And, while you can't ski to dinner since the slopes close at 4pm, the free shuttle to take you to town or the Village stops right at the our onsight ski shop's front door every 15 minutes or you can even walk to the Village!

Excellent location, easy to get on the slopes and the bus back to the property dropped us rightvat the door. Very cozy place, and the building amenities were top notch. Condo was nice, well appointed, clean, and had everything we needed for food prep, relaxing, and sleep.Would def stay there again.

My host was awesome! The condo was clean, unique and very comfortable for me and my brother. Located close to the ski in ski out bridge it was very convenient. Definitely will stay here in the future. Thanks for a great vacation stay!

Really nice time staying at this condo. Top floor was great for walking out to the ski slope that took us to the main lifts. There is ski storage at the building exit. Enjoyed the Indian theme and our host took good care of us getting settled in. There is even parking in a garage under the building. A bus stops at this building which came in really handy. Definitely would stay here again next time we come out.

We wish there were 10 star options! This beloved condo is a total delight, with quick direct access to the "corridor" that skis right down to the base of the Gondola and the Village. The condo owner has a great affection for Native Americans and the condo is adorned in every direction with beautiful artwork and collectables reflecting this taste. The kitchen is great (with everything you might need), as is the fireplace--one of the prettiest and most efficient gas-fireplaces we have ever experienced. Great parking and other conveniences, and a truly superb host(ess) who really cares about the guest experience, super duper communicative and just great all the way around. Oh, and the BEST shower water pressure EVER! We sleep wonderfully here and ski, ski, ski. It feels like coming home when we arrive. This is our second stay here and hope to be back “home” here soon!

This property was amazing! Great location and so nicely decorated. Denise was so kind and easy to work with and helped us navigate the ease of our stay with where to shop, etc. The ski in/out was top notch! We could not have chosen a better place to stay!

We loved everything about Iron Horse. Denise was great to work, couldn't ask for a better hostess. Loved her condo, very warm and inviting. We will definitely stay at her condo again when we return.
