This wonderfully remodeled 2 bedroom Hi Country Haus unit encompasses 960 square feet all on one floor and the Fraser River sits at the backside of the unit and can be enjoyed from the private deck.
In the living room a flat screen TV with DVD player in a lovely wood cabinet next to the wood burning fireplace and has free in-unit Wi-Fi access. Many comfortable furnishings including a new furnishings with a western decor to complete the living room.
To the right of the main entrance of the unit is the kitchen with new appliances, granite counter tops, wood cabinets and custom tiled back splash.
Adjacent to the kitchen, dining room has a large table and chairs to accommodate 6 people. No air conditioning.
A full master suite has a king bed and access to the private deck.
The second bedroom has 2 twin beds.
The bathroom has been updated with vanity with granite counter tops, tiled flooring and unique log framed mirror.
Additional unit amenities include views of Fraser River and in unit washer and dryer.
A ground floor unit is also few steps away from the free town shuttle stop but you can also walk to Main Street which is 2 blocks away to enjoy all the downtown restaurants, shops and outdoor events and activities.
The recreation center has a small children's area with games, flat screen TV and furnishings. The large open great room has vaulted ceilings, pool table with table and chairs, small kitchenette with expansive windows on either side of the gas fireplace, large flat screen TV, table and chairs and computer station with free Wi-FI. The locker rooms are equipped with tiled floors, bathroom stalls, showers and lockers. The main pool and spa area has been enclosed with large glass windows, indoor pool, 2 hot tubs and small sitting area with table and chairs. You may also access the large sundeck with comfortable lounge furniture and outdoor hot tub. The small workout area has a weight room with treadmill and stationary bike.
Clubhouse amenities: Due to regulations set in place by the local health department, local government or HOA policies, not all facilities at properties may be available for guest use. There may also be times when clubhouse facilities are closed due to maintenance services. Please refer to your specific vacation rental information. All clubhouse amenities are provided to guest complimentary and therefore there will be NO refunds when these facilities are closed or unavailable during a guest's stay.

Great getaway!

The condo is so clean, the location was parenting so close to town, sledding and WP resort! The indoor pool and hot tub were amazing as well!The kitchenware, especially the pots are old and hard to cook in. The hairdryer seems like it’s from the 50s so I’d bring my own in the future.

Family get away

Excellent location, close to main street, with blue line bus stop across. Kitchen well stocked. Be aware there is no Uber or Lyft just the public transportation, but very combiniemt and the second day you will get use to it. Limited grocery store near by but can get you ny. westocked

Cozy stay in a great location

Me and my husband, dad, and brother stayed here while doing some spring skiing at Winter Park. The place was in a great location and we loved using the fireplace and having the back doors open to hear the river right behind the unit. Other than a broken sink faucet which will likely (?) be repaired soon, the place was in great condition! Would stay here again.

Skiing Sanctuary

This property made for a great home away from home on a skiing trip. We were able to cook from home, walk to the bars and restaurants, and stay warm and connected for a couple nights trip to Winter Park. Check in was a little confusing but just make sure to go to the main office in beaver village just offsite.

They should remove the remodeled verbiage from this. Maybe 10 years ago it was remodeled but now it’s run down, dated, and dirty. The remote controls were clearly dirty with food on them, baseboards you could tell haven’t been cleaned for some time, found people’s emergency wrappers, and the bathroom ceiling had mold. I should have rented a hotel.

Unfortunately the club house was closed and there wasn’t any notice of this at the time of the reservation and I received no response to an email prior to booking requesting information about the Rec center being open. So while disappointing that the Rec center wasn’t open, the condo unit was very nice.

We loved it!!

We absolutely loved our stay! It was a small slice of heaven. We had a little oops at check in but the managers handled it quickly and made sure everything was in tip top shape, even sending the cleaning crew back over to make sure everything was perfect! The property was so cozy, cute and clean. And the bed!! Oh my! We loved it and are even trying to find that exact mattress. Sleeping on that amazing bed with the sound of the river was the best sleep I’ve had in along time! Having coffee in the morning on the back porch by the river was amazing and so relaxing! We were close to everything and had a great time in town. Thanks so much for opening your beautiful home to us. We are definitely going to come back again. In fact we’ve already booked another visit!!

Great Location

Quiet and close to restaurants. Pool is about 1-1/2 blocks away. Only downside is electronic front door lock to unit, very finicky and frustrating.

Nice property in a great location between Winter Park Resort, Fraser and Granby. Great fit for our family of 4. Short walk to the complex rec center for swimming and hot tubs. Full kitchen to easily prepare meals, the only thing that would have been more helpful is ziplock bags and aluminium foil. We stayed during the winter, so we weren't able to take advantage of the back porch to listen to the closeby stream. I could see visiting again during the summer.

Just Perfect!!

Thank you for allowing us to stay in your little slice of heaven!! We stayed for 3 days, 2 nights with 5 adults and everything about the stay was perfect. The kitchen provided everything we needed to make evening meals. The beds were comfortable and allowed a very peaceful and quiet night's sleep. We were very surprised, after a full day, to discover the additional sink in the second bedroom. This came in helpful with 5 adults who needed to brush teeth and get ready for the day's activities. The free shuttle to the lifts is about 30 feet outside the building, which was so convenient for all. The blue line stops outside every 30 minutes. I will definitely be staying here again on our next visit to Winter Park. Merry Christmas!!
