BIG upgrades - new windows summer, American Leather king sleep sofa spring, king bed (BR1), plus queen bunk beds with twin trundle & twin day-bed (all BR2), plus king sleep sofa (living room) - SLEEPS 10 total in beds.

Kitchen and bath upgrades; new carpet; replaced stove; new TVs; new dishwasher; American Leather king bed sleep sofa.

True ski-in / ski-out (or bike in / bike out) at WP base - 2 Bed/2 Bath

BE THE FIRST ONE ON THE SLOPES IN THE MORNING (OR GET AN EXTRA 30 MIN SLEEP IF THAT IS MORE YOUR SPEED)

This is one of the few true ski-in / ski-out condos in Winter Park. Zephyr Mountain Lodge, Hot Tub / Ski Locker level - walk down the hall, grab your skis and go!

Second floor 2 BR / 2 Bath with full kitchen (not kitchenette or 3/4 bath), plus pull-out sleep sofa and day bed, fully furnished and ready for use.

Amenities include porch with view of Village, gas fireplace, garage parking (additional fee during ski season), sunrise views, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, ski locker use, bike locker / storage, tv & cable, wifi, and easiest access to slopes and trails.

Dan was very proactive with communication from the get-go and made our trip super easy and well-prepared for the duration of our stay. Great spring ski in ski out

My Dad and I had a great time staying in this 2 bed/2bath condo. It had everything we needed and then some. I love that it’s in the base so we could walk around when not skiing. The ski in ski out was perfect and so easy to get to the locker from! I would definitely stay here again and it would also be perfect for the whole family!

Wonderful winter stay!

Our family really enjoyed our stay, it was just so easy for everyone to ski/snowboard right from the place, and for others to snowshoe the nearby trails too!
