A Comfortably Furnished Apartment with Atmospheric Details
This spacious apartment is located on the second floor of a modern complex with only six apartments, offering a peaceful and private setting.
The living room feels bright and airy thanks to the high ceiling that reaches up to the ridge. Large windows open onto the south-facing balcony, where you can enjoy the view from the garden table with chairs. The living area is comfortably furnished with a three-seater sofa, separate armchairs, a footstool and a coffee table. The cosy dining area has seating for six people.
The open kitchen is fully equipped and makes cooking simple and enjoyable. It includes an oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, kettle and induction hob. For coffee, you can choose between a Senseo machine and a traditional filter coffee maker.
There are three sleeping areas in total. One bedroom features a comfortable 180x200 cm box-spring bed, along with bedside tables, lighting and a spacious wardrobe. The second bedroom has a 140x200 cm sofa bed, a desk with a stool and a wardrobe. The third sleeping area is located on a charming loft with a ceiling height of just 1.90 metres in the centre of the room. It is accessible via a fixed staircase in the living room. This staircase is designed to save space and therefore has a unique construction, as shown in the photos. Here, you will also find two 90x200 cm box-spring beds.
The modern bathroom features a walk-in shower, toilet, illuminated mirror and a vanity unit with storage space for towels and toiletries. For longer stays, a washing machine and dryer are available in the basement. Ski equipment can also be stored here.
Outside, you can enjoy the balcony adjacent to the living room, as well as access to a shared 300 m² garden, mostly laid to lawn and surrounded by tall trees.
You can park directly by the house or on the quiet street in front of the property. Pets are not allowed in this holiday home.
Young people are not allowed. This property is suitable for a couple or a family.

We ask for a deposit of € 100 through a SEPA form. This will be sent to you in advance and will be filled in at check-in. With the SEPA form, you authorize us to deduct up to € 100 if, for example, there is damage. If nothing is settled, the SEPA form will automatically lapse.

The rental price includes energy costs.

Bed linen, final cleaning, and tourist tax are mandatory and can be found on your reservation overview and/or invoice.

Towels, kitchen textiles, and children's furniture can be rented separately on request.
