Are you looking for a quiet place to spend your vacation away from crowds? Are you looking forward to relaxing and hiking in the green Sauerland?
The cozy and renovated 70 m² apartment 'Katya' is located in beautiful Hildfeld, approx. 6 km from Winterberg.

The apartment is on the second floor of a very quiet 10-family house.
The apartment was renovated at the end of 2019, is very modern and has all the amenities you need.

From the living room and the kitchen you have a wonderful view of the mountains, perfect to relax!
The apartment 'Katya' offers enough space for up to 4 people, either a family with children or for 4 adults.

The kitchen and living room are in one large room with a view of the hills.
The size of this room offers enough space for your children to play or for two couples to have enough space for everyone.

The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, such as stove, oven, coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, toaster, kettle, egg boiler and raclette / gourmet.
The large dining table is suitable for a nice and relaxing dinner after a day of hiking or skiing.

You can enjoy the beautiful view from the comfortable sofa while you have a coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening or simply watch TV (SmartTV) with the whole family.

The apartment has two cozy bedrooms: 1 bedroom with a double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds.

A cot and high chair for a small guest can be provided free of charge.

Bathroom with washing machine and bathtub, ideal to take a hot and relaxing bath after a day or to bathe your children.

There is a free parking space in front of the house for your car.

Sehr gemütlich - sehr dörflich - super Blick

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und gemütlich eingerichtet, alles war sehr sauber. Die Aussicht aus dem Wohnzimmerfenstee ist spitze! Das Dorf ist sehr klein und man fühlt sich etwas von der Welt abgeschnitten. Dafür ist die Nähe zu Winterberg prima; man kann Trubel und in den Menschenmassen Sommerrodelbahn fahren und danach in eine Oase der Ruhe zurückkehren.

Nette Wohnung auf dem Dorf

Für einige Tage im November durften wir Gast in dieser Wohnung sein. Für unsere Zwecke war alles Benötigte vorhanden, die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet. Bettwäsche und Handtücher wären allerdings praktisch, wenn man das mitbringt, ist das Gepäck sehr groß. Ein Bäcker ist um die Ecke (nur bis 9 geöffnet), weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeite in den Nachbarorten. Das Wohnzimmer lässt sich wunderbar heizen, im Schlafzimmer kommt die Wandheizung kaum auf Temperatur, da könnte man vielleicht nachbessern. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und würde wiederkommen, wenn wir mal wieder ins Sauerland kommen.

Schöne Wohnung in ruhiger Umgebung

Gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit schönem Ausblick durch das Wohnzimmerfenster. Alles Benötigte war vorhanden, neben W-LAN und TV, Kaffe- u. Spülmaschine auch eigentlich alles, was man zum Kochen braucht. Sehr netter Kontakt seitens des Vermieters (neueste Infos zu den CORONA-Regeln usw.). Checkin völlig problemlos. Wir sind rundum zufrieden!

Entspannte Tage

Sehr lieb wurden wir von den beiden Gastgebern empfangen. Alles wurde erläutert und zack gab es den Schlüssel. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit. Mit Baby hatten wir uns das in einer fremden Wohnung ein wenig stressig vorgestellt, war es aber garnich :) Es gab ein Babybett, ein Hochstuhl und eine Trage - was für eine tolle Ausstattung! Unser Aufenthalt war einfach schön. Lieben Dank :)

Schöner Urlaub und freundliche Vermieter

Wir waren mit sechs Freunden in der Ferienwohnung und haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Das einzige, was es zu bemängeln gäbe, ist, dass der Backofen etwas defekt war und es aufgrund der Lage weniger Ausflugsmöglichkeiten als vielleicht anderswo gibt. Ansonsten aber eine sehr saubere Wohnung und sehr freundliche Vermieter. Gerne wieder😊

Sehr gemütlich und ruhig

Empfangen wurden wir von einem jungen und sehr freundlichen Vermieterpärchen. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, die Betten bequem und im Wohnraum ist viel Platz um auch mit mehreren an einem Tisch zu sitzen. Der Ausblick ins Grüne und die Ruhe sind spitze. Umliegende Orte sind schnell erreichbar. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Ach ja, das Willkommensgeschenk war einmalig und sehr lecker 😋.

Cosy and spotless flat in beautiful surrounding

We spend a relaxing weekend in this lovely, newly refurbished flat with a stunning view; great location, in quiet and beautiful environmnet a 10min drive to Winterberg; wonderful hosts: most delicious home-made bread, wine and sweets were awaiting us upon arrival!
